Pick up was late & timings were already tight - wouldn't book a shared airport transfer with you again

Impeccable one-way transfer, little waiting And transfer back the disaster he never came to get us... We had to take a taxi at our expense and are still waiting for the refund

Great service. Very organized and clear direction given on how to get into contact with your operator. Driver was on time and very friendly.
Round trip airport/hotel transport Service. Quite a long wait on arrival at the airport. Obligation to leave the hotel in order to be picked up for return transport to the airport. Meeting at the hotel with the representative on site not honored. Mrs MA P first of all claimed an obligation to drop off her vehicle for a scheduled maintenance at the same time as the meeting at the hotel, then the need to go to the hospital and finally a voice extinction!!!! Exchange whatsapp telling us to use their website to find answers to our possible questions. Informed private travel
I was picked up by shuttle bus in time and arrived to the airport in time too. The reasons I gave 3 stars is because in your instructions on the tickets is stated that the timings of picking up will be faxed/emailed to the hotel the day before. The fax/email never arrived. I had to phone the office of provider to ask for the confirmation. It was on Sunday and it was not straight forward. Very stressful.

The guy did not come!! I was waiting more than half hour and hat to take at least an expensive taxi. I tried to call or to write him, no answer!
