The whole process was smooth. Before hand communication was clear. Once i arrived, they were waiting and off we went.
I scheduled the time for pick up and gave my flight information . They arrived 6:30 pm , not am . I also contacted them the night before that my plane be arriving slightly earlier , no response . I ended up taking a taxi . Later that evening they send me a message that I was a no show and they will not refund my money . I looked on WhatsApp and notice my message was sti unread . I screen shot the message and explained I reached out , again no response . I sent a message back , again no response . They replied sorry it was my day off . I a was not responded my money .
I had a great experience. Pre-transfer care very good. They were there waiting for me, as agreed. Punctual and very polite. I would indicate the company VIPAC and this service.
We arrived at 1am and were so happy to see our name on the sign and our driver ready to go. Communication was easy and precise. Highly recommend.

The experience was great! The guide Jonatan, waited on me patiently as there was a delay due to the big customs queue, and the driver was quite excellent and took me all the way to my hostel.
