Lär dig hur du rullar 'sfoglia' (färsk pasta) för hand och hur du förbereder 2 enkla olika sorters pasta från grunden med din Cesarina. Som grädde på moset får du lära dig att förbereda även den ikoniska Tiramisu. Dela din passion för det italienska köket när du får nya vänner i denna praktiska matlagningskurs. I made pasta and had lunch with the very lovely Flora and Claudio, who were very hospitable and interesting hosts. As a solo guest I was made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed making the food, as well as their company and beautiful home.
Excellent experience with the local people and their food. This was definitely a real cooking experience with tasty ingredients. Everything was to our liking and enjoyment, the pasta and the tiramisu were so delicious and fresh.
Elena was so hospitable and polite. She made us feel so welcome in her home. It was truly an amazing once in a lifetime experience!
Book in advance. Research location. Absolutely fantastic cookery experience in authentic home with Flora and her husband. Wonderfully warm, attentive, helpful hosts. We joined our hosts to share our homemade pasta, tiramisu and much more. Highly recommended.

Authentic and intimate experience of learning how to make traditional Italian pasta dishes and tiramisu from scratch. Our hosts and teachers, Claudio and Flora, could not have been more lovely or welcoming. A once in a lifetime experience. We made memories that we’ll keep forever and will now make new family traditions with all that we have learned.

Absolutely incredible experience. Elena and her husband Silvia were so lovely and had so much knowledge about pasta and cooking in general. We made two different kinds of pasta and tiramisu in their beautiful home, then shared appetizers and wine around the table. Such genuine and kind people who made us laugh and smile the entire time. It was the highlight of our whole trip and I would definitely recommend.
