We had an amazing experience on our full-day tour from Santa Cruz to Santa Fe Island! From beginning to end, everything was very well organized. We left early in the morning, the yacht was very comfortable, and they provided us with snacks, lunch, and good-quality snorkeling equipment. A very special thank you to Conrad, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. I’m not a strong swimmer, but he made me feel comfortable and helped me so much during the snorkeling experience. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy it and see so much marine life in the water. I truly appreciate his patience and kindness! The entire day was fabulous. We saw so many animals, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, and had such a wonderful time Bernie and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Galápagos and looking for a beautiful day exploring Santa Fe Island. Thank you to the entire team (Omar & Felipe) for making this such a memorable experience! ❤️🐢🦭🐠
I booked this tour for 1 adult and an 8 year old. This was by far my favourite snorkeling trip, so much so I booked it a second time with a few friends travelling with us. It was crystal clear waters and we saw a fully grown giant manta ray, swimming sea lions, a Galapagos shark and thousands of tropical fish. It's about the same length as the Pinzon trip but cheaper and superior I felt. Only about 15 people on the boat and they served wahoo for lunch, very delicious! I booked many other tours with Guiding Galapagos on this trip and recommended them to other friends travelling with us. Felipe and Omar were amazing and very accommodating to my last minute reservations. They also spoke perfect English which is somewhat difficult to find on the islands. Very highly recommended!
A very well-organized agency with friendly staff. The days are really well planned and time is used efficiently, while still allowing plenty of free time. The variety of trips allows you to admire the flora and fauna. Highly recommended.
Great day with Ricardo as our guide and wonderful boat staff. Some great liesure time at Hidden Beach and then some really good snorkeling time where we saw sea lions, sea turtles, Galapagos sharks and thousands of fish of all colors. We had an awesome lunch prepared on the board as well. Thanks to all for a great last day in Galapagos!
Omar and Guiding Galapagos were incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. Communication was easy via WhatsApp, and they even helped fit our wetsuits the day before the cruise. Omar escorted us to the pier on the day of the cruise, where we met our guide and boarded the boat. The trip was amazing and included two snorkeling excursions and a hike to Hidden Beach. We saw tons of fish, a sea turtle, and even a baby shark! Lunch on board was delicious, and both the boat and bathroom were clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed tasty snacks and iced tea after each swim. Our guide, Christian, was in the water with us the whole time. His passion for the wildlife and the Galápagos was on full display, and his knowledge made the experience even better. I'm not a strong swimmer, but they provided a life jacket and I felt completely safe the entire time. One tip: if you're pale like me, the wetsuit is a must to avoid getting burned. And don't forget plenty of sunscreen!
We had an amazing time on this snorkeling tour! Omar and Felipe were fantastic operators and made the entire experience fun, safe, and memorable. We were able to see so many different kinds of fish and even several turtles in their natural habitat. The snorkeling itself was absolutely incredible. A special shoutout to Ralph as well—he was great! The entire team was professional, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Santa Fe is a beautiful place, and one of the best parts was that there weren’t many people there when we arrived, so it felt like we had nature almost entirely to ourselves. It was a peaceful and unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful day!
This was a great day! The snorkeling was amazing, the guide was amazing, they served plenty of healthy snacks and a nice healthy lunch. The whole crew was very generous and made sure it was a great day. I felt like it was a worth every penny and then some. I highly recommend and have zero complaints.
We had a great time on this excursion. All the equipment we were give to use was in good shape and the operators and crew were excellent. I have no complaints. The money paid for this excursion was about right for the content. Big thanks to the guys on the boat for their guidance and help. Even though this outing was not to see birds and animals, the caption got close to the shore on route and we were able to see a real nice blue footed boogie and a few other birds.
It was such a great experience! The crew was very friendly and helpful. . We were about 10 people total. They took us to a fantastic little cove where we saw all kind of wildlife and swam right next to them (seals, turtle and so many cute fish ! ). It was windy so we had to do a little change in the plans for the last stop but it just meant we were I. The water a little longer. For food served on the boat was delicious ! We had plenty to drink and snack on as well throughout the day would do it again
This was a great snorkeling trip, from start to finish. There was a fully boat of 12 people but we had plenty of seating in both sun and shade. We made three stops to snorkel, the first being the longest. On our trip we saw a lot (and I mean, a LOT) of fish, a manta ray, a baby shark, sea lions, and a sea turtle. The guide was great, especially with some nervous folks who didn't swim well, and there was plenty of food, both lunch and a large assortment of snacks after the first snorkeling. For those who didn't swim well they had life vests, and he also pulled along on orange floating ring that they could hang onto. If you're like me and worry about entering and exiting the boat, here's the details: you hop off the side of the boat (easy to sit on the edge and push off, no climbing involved) and to get back on, there is a ladder of about five rungs to climb, with plenty to hold onto as you climb and enter the boat. We had people of all ages and sizes on our trip make it on and off just fine. Oh, final note (because I was concerned about this): there is a toilet on board. I didn't need to use it so I don't know what it's like, but as someone with an occasionally touchy stomach, it was nice to know it was there.
