Tour guide and driver are great. It a great thing to see and lots of time. It’s not a return type of thing but it’s good to say you saw it. It’s a lot of walking and it’s pretty large. Other than that it’s a mine.
Very interesting tour!! Incredible "Wow"factor - I could not imagine the size and scale! Even seeing photos before the trip didn't prepare me for that sensation. Very glad we went on this tour. Bring a very warm jacket tho, it is cold down there!

Definitely worth a visit when visiting Bucharest ! The mine was spectacular although a bit commercialized but overall a great experience!
Fantastic tour of the salt mines the tour guitar very informative and friendly and the bus driver also friendly and did a great job Would highly recommend Have done this tour twice now One back in April with my daughters and I was a little sceptical at first reading the odd review but honestly from start to finish everything ran so smoothly would definitely recommend
The salt mine was impressive and nice to visit. Unfortunately the minibus did not have enough leg room for any of us which made for un uncomfortable nearly 4 hour round trip. Our guide didn’t tell us anything about the salt mines which was a shame.
We enjoyed a wonderful day trip to the salt mine, exploring the fascinating underground tunnels and learning about the history of salt mining. The cool air below ground was a welcome escape from the heat, and the impressive chambers and sparkling salt formations made the visit unforgettable. It was both interesting and relaxing, with plenty of opportunities to admire the unique surroundings. Overall, it was a memorable day filled with discovery, beautiful sights, and a glimpse into an extraordinary part of the region’s history, highly recommend
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The Slănic Salt Mine is absolutely worth visiting. Our driver-guide drove very safely and provided all the necessary information throughout the trip. Highly recommended!
It is cold for sure but inside is very breathtaking seeing it. For Americans it’s about 50 degrees F so definitely a jacket and pants. They have events inside which is kinda surprising I didn’t think there was anything in there so it is family friendly as well.
