This was a trip to Egypt with our family of three adult couples. We made our arrangements through Mahmoud at Egyptian Trips which came with very high recommendations from several friends. The trip was a 5 day whirlwind tour of Egyptian highlights. The trip started in Luxor Egypt and ended in Cairo Egypt. Our experience was exceptional with every detail. In preparation for the trip I had multiple communications with Mohamed regarding options and our time parameters. He carefully asked the right questions to help us dial in exactly what would be optimal and realistic for our short time. Multiple times he asked questions, collected our flight details and came up with a detailed itinerary. Mohamed's attention to detail and follow up was excellent. Luxor portion of Trip We first visited Luxor and were provided with Yaser as our trusted driver and Refi as our guide. Timely pick ups at airport and hotel. Our Van was clean and spacious. Yaser made sure we had our drinks of choice in the cooler and was very attentive to everyones needs. Rafi was an excellent guide, he was easy to understand and provided just the right amount of detail on Egyptology to keep our interest but not feed us to much information. The Luxor itinerary was full but not rushed. Everyone enjoyed the Luxor experience ending with a sunset dinner on the bank of the Nile. We would be happy to use Yaser and Rafi in the future. Cairo portion of Trip We had a late evening flight from Luxor to Cairo and were met at the airport by our driver Ashruff and Mohamed the proprietor of Egyptian Trips. We were taken to our hotel were were able to share our experience with Mohamed about Luxor and discuss our Cairo itinerary. We were also able to settle our bill with Mohamed which we feel was very reasonable for the quality and the level of servie we had experienced. The next two days we were picked up each morning by Ashruff and then joined by a guide Nasser. We went to all of the sites and museums that we had previously decided on including special arrangements for lunch at a restaurant over looking the 9 pyramids. All tickets for the grand museum and the (Mummy) NMEC museum were all pre-purchased. Again the driver and the guide were exceptional. The guide Nasser a sound system for the six of us so we could wonder in the museum but still hear his explanations and narrative. We made some miner last minute requests that were taken in stride and easily adopted. The days in Cairo naturally involved much more driving but we were given lots of interesting information as we moved through the vast city and countryside. Conclusion: We were all very pleased with the Egypt portion of our Middle East Trip with a great amount of credit going to Mohamed and his team in Luxor and Cairo. I would recommend Mohamed at Egyptian Trips for anyone who is interested in visiting Egypt and getting a high quality experience. Top rating from an experienced tourist!

Mohamed from Egyptian Trips has managed full tour details for us several times, from a week-long conference with 40 people to individual trips across various parts of Egypt.
