Cypriotiska traditioner och åsneäventyr
Beskrivning
Besökare har möjlighet att se hur den traditionella cypriotiska osten, halloumin och olivpajen görs, följt av en rundtur på gården för att se ett av de äldsta olivträden i Medelhavet och lära sig om åsnornas historia och egenskaper. Turen avslutas med en provsmakning av gårdens produkter, inklusive åsnemjölk och hudvårdsprodukter, samt ekologisk olivolja. Den sista delen av utflykten inkluderar en måltid, massor av vin och livlig underhållning med cypriotiska danser och musik.

• Ankomst till gården "Golden donkeys" kl. 17.00 • Vi börjar med Halloumi liveshow. Vår kock kommer att visa hela processen för att göra denna traditionella ost • Mellan början och slutet av osttillverkningsprocessen kommer vi att göra traditionellt olivbröd 30-40 min (under mästarklassen, ritning för barn) • Gårdstur 30 minuter. Turister kommer att kunna se ett vaxmuseum, ett traditionellt cypriotiskt hus, vårt fjäderfä, getter och naturligtvis åsnor. • Kort åsnetur (10 min) • Provsmakning av gårdsprodukter och åsnmjölksprodukter 30 minuter • Middag kl. 19.00 Traditionell buffé (aptitretare, sallader, bulgur, bypasta och ost, bakad potatis med oregano och olivolja, lamm, fläsk, kyckling, vin, vatten, juice för barn) • Cypriotisk kväll kl. 19.30. Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Observera att starttiden och upphämtningstiden inte är desamma. Upphämtning börjar kl. 15:00 i Protaras, 15:20 i Ayia Napa och 15:45 i Larnaca-området. Upphämtning från Limassol är under begäran. Du kommer att informeras 1-2 dagar före aktiviteten om exakt upphämtningstid. Mötesplatsen på gångavstånd kan tilldelas.

So authentic and fun! You can see the passion of the owners and the pride they take in their work. A must see!
This was an absolutely fantastic tour packed with history, activities, food, entertainment, and, of course, donkeys. I enjoyed trying the different donkey milk products and hanging out with the donkeys. They're such friendly and adorable creatures. In the evening, there was a delicious buffet topped with dancing, music, and traditional Greek Cypriot entertainment. Had an absolutely brilliant time! I highly recommend this tour and would do it again myself!
This is one of those activities that delivers far more than you can imagine. Not only are the owner and staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they help create a real party atmosphere (even though you learn a lot about donkeys and olive oil creation, as well as making Halloumi and Olive Pies) for your enjoyment. You will be surrounded by fellow guests from at least a dozen countries, and you will all dance as one (and shout “Opa” many, many times. The donkey milk products you will sample are fantastic. The homemade Halloumi is a real joy of deliciousness. The dinner and entertainment will leave you far more than satisfied. You will leave this place with a smile on your face and a song on your lips. Be sure to take a donkey ride to earn your “International Donkey Driving License “.

This experience absolutely exceeded all expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! Meeting point was given in advance and transport was already there waiting by the time we arrived. Good communication from tour provider following booking. Experience was fantastic, all activities listed in description took place. Food and drink was all you can eat/drink while you were there. Entertainment of dancing and singing was the best bit! Be prepared to get fully involved! I was travelling with a disabled companion and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was included throughout. Looking forward to coming again in the future!
