Turen börjar på en charmig privat gård där du får möjlighet att lära dig om livet på landsbygden och produktionen av lokala produkter. Kort cykeltur till kapellet St. Barbara omgiven av 104 stećci (stengravar, plattor och kistor), med utsikt över hela landsbygden. Denna plats på UNESCO:s världsarvslista är ett fascinerande stycke historia, och du får chansen att beundra de fantastiska stećci och lära dig om deras kulturella betydelse.
Vi ger oss ut på en lugn 10-minuters cykeltur till Sokol Grad. Här tar du en promenad genom hela fästningen Sokol och tar in atmosfären i detta historiska område.
Vi hoppar tillbaka på din cykel och njuter av en naturskön tur genom fantastisk natur till Konavles landsbygd. När du tar dig genom landsbygden har du gott om möjligheter att stanna, vila och njuta av en promenad i naturen. På landsbygden besöker vi de gamla bruken där du bjuds på en presentation av brukens arbete och lär dig om deras historia och betydelse. Bruken kommer att drivas för hand av lokalbefolkningen, personligen. Du kommer också att ha möjlighet att smaka på några av de utsökta matspecialiteterna som produceras här, gjorda av de färskaste råvarorna och expertis från lokala producenter.
För att avrunda din tur, lämnar vi våra cyklar framför vingården på Gruda och ägnar oss åt en utsökt vinprovningsupplevelse, ensamma i sällskap med din resegrupp och en certifierad vinkännare. Att gå genom privata vingårdar, lyssna på presentationen av traditionell vinframställning, kommer att ge dig insikter i den känsliga processen. Du kommer att ha möjlighet att prova några av de finaste vinerna som produceras i området, tillsammans med en tallrik med lokala delikatesser. Amazing biking experience from top of the hill to local Konavle winery. Juri was our tour guide and he gave us a great combination of adrenalin and history. Loved the wine and sweets as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to see rural Dubrovnik and taste some nice wines ❤️
Our family had a great bike trip with Juraj last week! We were a little worried about biking with the ongoing heat wave, but as advertised the route was primarily down hill and had plenty of stops which were shady. We loved that the views and stops were not crowded with tourists and that we had the opportunity to meet locals. Juraj was super prepared and efficient in fixing my husband's flat tire to keep our tour on schedule. Highly recommend this tour to those looking for a small tour feel, beautiful sightseeing away from the busy city and delicious wine and other local snacks.

This was one of my favorite experiences in Dubrovnik. The bike ride was beautiful and very manageable, but the people we met really made the experience special. The views were gorgeous, the stops were interesting, and it was a great way to get outside the city and see a different side of Croatia. A particular highlight was the winery visit. The owner, Renata, led the tasting herself and was wonderful. She was warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. I learned a lot and loved hearing directly from her about the wines and the winery. Our guide was also fantastic: funny, engaging, and full of interesting information about the area. Our group spent most of the morning laughing and the entire experience felt relaxed and very welcoming. A genuinely memorable day.

This tour was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Dubrovnik. It was the perfect escape from the busy Old Town, and our guide, Juraj, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel effortless. The ride was easy and enjoyable for all levels, it was mostly comfortable downhill cycling with just a few VERY small inclines. A major surprise was visiting St. Barbara’s, the region’s second UNESCO site—something we never would have discovered on our own. The planned stops along the route were thoughtful and informative, giving us a deeper look into Croatian history and culture. We especially appreciated the warm welcome at the historic mill, where the staff shared stories and traditions we wouldn’t have learned otherwise. The wine tasting at a family‑owned winery was a standout moment. The owner was incredibly informative, explaining the unique local vines and offering tastings of their wines, which were simply amazing. As two female travelers, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire tour. This experience was well‑organized, relaxed, and full of authentic local touches. If you’re looking to explore the rural side of Dubrovnik, this tour is a must do!

Our guide, Juri picked us up at the cruise terminal and drove us out of Dubrovnik to a small village of Dubravka, where our bike tour began. We visited the St. Barbara’s necropolis, a UNESCSO World Heritage Site. We continued down the road to Sokol Grad and stopped to tour the scenic fortress. Our next stop on the tour was a small nature preserve. We looked at the ancient viaducts and visited two small water powered mills that have been restored and actually operate today. Our final stop was a lovely winery. Our host gave us a short tour of the vineyards and then we tasted some fantastic wine and cheeses. We had a great time! We really enjoyed our guide, Juri. The bike tour was fun, scenic, informative and ending the tour at a great winery was perfect!

We had such a great time in this tour! It was way more than expected. Our guide took us to such unique and beautiful places full of history! We ended our tour in a small and beautiful vineyard! The biking itself is not much, mostly downhill and the views are incredible! All was very personalized and highly recommended this tour for anyone looking for an amazing experience in Dubrovnik!

Yuri was the best! Our trip began with pick up in Dubrovnik and a drive thru the countryside. Very easy bike ride downhill. We saw a Necropolis, Sokol Grad (fortress), Nature Preserve with local treats and a local winery. Expectations were exceeded. A perfect final day in Croatia. Thank you again! Go Gunners!😊
