I had to wait maybe 1 minute for the driver to arrive. Vehicle was clean and driver was helpful. Great experience.

The car was clean and the team was on time. What was discouraging is how hard they pushed on us to use their services. And also how hard they asked for tips.

However, we would like to clarify that our company does not employ or manage any airport porters or luggage assistants inside the airport. In many airports, independent third parties may approach travelers offering help with luggage and then request tips—these individuals are not part of Peru Private Tours and are not connected to our operations. Our driver’s role is strictly to meet you, assist you as needed, and provide a safe, punctual transfer—without any pressure or solicitation. That said, we take your comments seriously, and we will continue reinforcing with our staff that our service must always be professional, respectful, and never pushy. The drivers were always on time and very courteous. It was a lifesaver because I had not had any travel transportation arrangements. They were very accommodating to any changes I needed. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Easy to find once we landed even with our flight being delayed. Got a few tips and recommendations on our way to the hotel and a little bit of history. Would recommend for the ease and convenience of booking a ride in advance to have one less thing to worry about.
