Besök den fantastiska heliga dalen, en av de mest besökta platserna i Peru, och ett "måste se" när du besöker. Den heliga dalen är ett vackert och verkligen fascinerande område, omgivet av berg, inkacitadeller, vävbyar och färgglada marknader, som ligger cirka 15 km norr om Cuzco (1,5 timme med bil). På denna dagstur kommer du att besöka den traditionella vävstaden Chinchero, Moray, Maras, terrasser i Pisac och dess marknad, floden Urubamba och fästningen Ollantaytambo. Du kommer också att få en välsmakande lunchbuffé som ingår i turnépriset.

Vi hämtar dig från ditt hotell runt 7:00 och beger oss till Chinchero, en typisk andinby som kombinerar inkaruiner med en kolonialkyrka, underbar utsikt över bergen och en färgstark söndagsmarknad. Vi kommer att lära oss om processen om hur lokalbefolkningen gör sina textilier. En mästervävare kommer att visa oss sina tekniker och alla steg steg för steg, från insamlingen av råvarorna till tvättprocessen och färgningen av trådarna med naturliga färgämnen. Du kommer också att få chansen att köpa några av deras produkter i slutet av demonstrationen.
Moray är en arkeologisk plats som ligger ungefär 7 km från staden Maras och 39 miles från Cusco. Det mest imponerande inslaget är systemet med cirkulära jordbruksterrasser, som är upp till 330 fot djupa. Vissa tror att inkaerna använde denna plats som ett slags laboratorium för att bestämma de optimala förutsättningarna för odling av grödor av varje art.
Turen fortsätter med ett besök i kolonialstaden Maras och dess kyrka. Vi kommer sedan att besöka de uråldriga saltpannorna, strategiskt grävda ner i bergssidan, tusentals grunda bassänger fyllda med saltvatten förångas så småningom och lämnar efter sig det kristalliserade saltet, en process som har utövats i mer än 500 år.

Vi kommer att besöka Ollantaytambo, ett gammalt Inca tempel och fästning ,, beläget vid den nordvästra änden av Incas Sacred Valley.
Vi kommer att besöka de fantastiska ruinerna av Pisac och dess färgglada lokala marknad. En otrolig plats med relativt litet antal turister som besöker dagligen. Denna plats har olika byggnader som torg, tempel, pooler och andra strukturer, som byggdes mellan 10 och 1100-talet e.Kr. Vi rekommenderar starkt att du reserverar flera timmar för att utforska denna webbplats. Inca-arkitekturen är imponerande eftersom de använde sina tekniker för att bygga enorma terrasser som går från söder till öst och täcker ett stort berg som ligger 3 000-3 450 meter (9 843 - 11 319 fasl). Dess palats och hur stenblocken har placerats är verkligen otroligt.

This trip was the BEST! We saw so much and learned even more. The tour guides were top notch and the timing was perfect.
I just returned from a 10 day immersion trip in Peru with Studia Spanish. It was one of the most incredible trips I have been on. We saw The Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Palcoyo Mountain and much more. Everything was arranged perfectly from airport shuttles to the incredible train ride to Machu Picchu. The hotels, native guides, and drivers were carefully selected to insure safe, comfortable, and informative experiences to some of the most historic and beautiful places in South America and the world. We toured Peru for 2 weeks with Into Peru and we loved it! We went to: Lima - vibrant, warm, best food I’ve ever eaten in my life, felt safe in Miraflores and Barranco etc Iquitos - Amazon jungle was mesmerising, amazing wildlife (we saw sloths, monkeys, pink and grey dolphins all in their natural Habitat). Fished for piranhas, did a night hike through the jungle, swam in the lodge’s pool, went to a local market. Absolutely once in a lifetime. Private tours for our family. Lodge was great, astounded by how good the food was with fresh fish etc. Ica - sand dune riding, sand boarding, tubing, true adrenaline fuelled! We were taken in private vehicle from lima and private tour at huacachina. Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu - outstanding experience with unforgettable memories made. Absolutely loved it all, Maras and Moray, the Inca sights, Machu Picchu is magical. What made the whole thing so enjoyable was knowing we didn’t have to plan or think about how to get around, where we needed to be etc was all taken care of so we could just concentrate on having the best time possible as a family. Travelled with our kids who are 8 and 6 and Into Peru were so good with them, the planning to take into consideration what was best for them and us was the best service I’ve ever had on vacation. They thought about the altitude for the kids so we went straight to the Sacred Valley at a lower altitude to get used to it before ending in Cusco. We had family friendly tours in the jungle. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially if travelling with kids. Thank you so much for an awesome trip!
We had a truly amazing time in Peru, we had no idea how to plan everything and are so glad we chose Into Peru to do it for us. We travelled with kids and going down to the sacred valley straight away definitely helped get used to the altitude. Into Perú is a great travel agency. They planned our trip from day 1. We visited Perú and Cusco. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our drivers were always on time. The tour guides were exceptional. They have an amazing team. We went to a Cusco City Tour, to the Sacred Valley and to Machu Picchu. My husband and I spent the most wonderful week touring Peru. We went to Cusco, through the marvelous Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. In the Sacred Valley we visited Maras and Moray, Pisaq and Chinchero. We met many wonderful local people and loved their hospitality. We took the memorable Hiram Bingham train to Machu Picchu which was outstanding and then loved our visit to Machu Picchu. We are older now and not as fit as we used to be but our tour guide was so patient and took his time with us. On our way back from Machu Picchu we stayed at the marvelous Tambo del Inka hotel which is truly faultless and a great place to rest up. We had Into Peru plan our trip and boy did they do well. We opted for their luxury private service for the two of us and we were treated like royalty! Everyone was fantastic, very punctual and incredibly kind and respectful. We just finished a week long trip through the Sacred Valley and Cusco, culminating at Machu Picchu with Into Peru. We went for their private service in the hope it would be stress free and personalized and it sure was! We left incredibly pleased with the service which helped to heighten the glorious Peruvian sights and scenery. We could not have asked for more.
