Din resa börjar ljust och tidigt med en avgång från Hobart. Efter 1,5 timme stannar vi för en paus i Campbell Town, där du kan sträcka på benen, ta en kaffe och njuta av ett lätt mellanmål innan du fortsätter.

Vid ankomsten till informationscentret på tröskeln till Cradle Mountain, kommer vi att fylla på med vätskor och göra vår väg till stranden av Dove Lake, där du har totalt 3,5 timmar att vandra och utforska nationalparken. Ta dig an Dove Lake-banan eller välj någon av de många andra stora eller små promenaderna. När Dove Lake-regionen har utforskats och du har fångat det där prisade Instagram-fotot är det dags att gå vidare till den förtrollade skogen och kung Billy Pine promenerar. Dessa två exceptionellt vackra och uråldriga promenader får dig att blicka genom skogen med amorös glädje när du andas in den krispiga, orörda luften från under trädkronorna på 4000 år gamla träd. Det inhemska djurlivet är rikligt i detta område, så håll ögonen öppna och du kan se den svårfångade tasmanska djävulen, wombats, Spotted Quolls, wallabies och mycket mer!

I had a fantastic day trip to Cradle Mountain and would highly recommend it. Our guide, Mark, was incredibly knowledgeable and a great storyteller. He shared interesting facts throughout the journey and made sure everyone felt comfortable, included, and engaged. The drive was long, but the stops in the small towns helped break it up. The view of Cradle Mountain was absolutely breathtaking and worth every minute of the journey. We also did a short walk through the Enchanted Forest, which was so peaceful. One of the highlights of the day was having a very close encounter with a wombat in the wild. Definitely worth it and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Huge thanks to our amazing guide and driver, Gray, for making this trip so wonderful. Throughout the whole journey, he shared so much practical information, and the pace of the entire itinerary was incredibly smooth. The real highlight of his exceptional service happened at the very end. I completely spaced out and missed the first drop-off at the Launceston Transit Centre. Gray was an absolute lifesaver! Excellent! Specially, our Tour Guide, Mark, was super friendly, helpful and managed the whole tour efficiently. He is knowledgeable person with lots of experiences & information. Mark also kept each and every person on the bus engaged with interacting with each one individually, throughout the tour. Instead of a boring hours-long tour, it became a something, where we learned while we enjoyed enormously. Kudos to Mark.

I joined the Hobart–Cradle Mountain–Launceston day tour with Tassie Tours and had an excellent experience. Our driver-guide was very professional and kind, driving over 10 hours and still keeping everyone comfortable. He shared great insights along the way and even drove the vehicle right into the national park, which was super convenient. Despite the cloudy and rainy weather, I still saw the beautiful Cradle Mountain and some cute wombats. A very worthwhile tour — highly recommend this company!
