It was a very nice day! You leave in the afternoon and then there is a nice lunch with many options. Everything is delicious! You will be assigned a table in a room with a nice temperature by the air conditioning You stop at 3 places for fun activities. On board there is a guide (Trung) who speaks very good English you see that he goes to great lengths to make everyone feel comfortable. He made a lot of effort to learn to pronounce my name (Hielke) and that can be very difficult haha. Thanks again Trung for this beautiful day and all the effort you put in

Tam our tour guide was amazing ,very helpful and funny man 😀 recommended cozy ha long boat tour . The food on the boat is very very good and lots of servings 2 adult's 2 kids (7yo) Thank you to the team

Cozy Bay cruise was a good cruise with a small group. The staff were really well organized and were very efficient in their role especially our tour guide Mr Tam. He was very polite took good care of the group and had excellent knowledge of the places we visited. The food served on the cruise was good. The cabins were a bit too small but all cabins had a sea view. I had opted for a 1N2D option and was quite satisfied with the service. I will recommend Cozy Bay cruise for small group tours and families as well
