Phuong your guide was very attentive and thoughtful. Explain the itinerary constantly and provided interesting facts. The ship, stateroom room, food, decorations, and amenities were well above expectations for the price. Overnight trip included all three major activities at Ha Long Bay: island top hike, kayaking, cave tour.

Had a wonderful time on this cruise, led by Phuong, who was an excellent tour guide. The accommodation, itinerary and food were all top notch, at a reasonable price. Would recommend! Titop island was a particular highlight, although the queues up to the view point were a bit much!

The overall trip was amazing with the super friendly guide. Guide was very good , polite and also other staff members were good. They were sincere to their job. It was a good experience. Thank you.

Our tour guide Phuong was awesome! Took care of the entire group, mamaged pick ups and requests, and coordinated the different parties. Also kudos to the entire cruise staff, bartender and captain for great food, great service and energy. Happy Hour at the perfect time on day 1, and vegetarian menu on request. My one suggestion is to add 1 more activity (maybe on day 1 PM) after dinner if possible. Pearl Farm was cool but the stop at Bamboo Silk could be replaced with earlier arrival at boat. Otherwise great tour, boat and service, and kayaking in the AM was especially great as we had the whole corner of the bay all to ourselves

We had a fantastic guide Phuong, good English, funny and a semi good singer! Plenty of excursions… hopefully you’ll have better luck catching squid.

It was a very good experience. Phuong was our tour guide. He was very helpful and considerate. He knew I was travelling with seniors so he always waits for us and checks on us. Overall, the stay was worth it for the price you paid. The activities and itinerary was good. Will definitely choose Cozy Bay again if given the chance to go back.

Great time, great food. Itinerary is very good and bar has reasonable prices. Guide very good. Kayaking, hiking and visiting the cave was great. I slept very well on the cruise.

We had a great stay on this boat on the 2 days during the cruise, with Tam, our guide, and other foreign tourists. The service is impeccable and the guide is really top. We recommend.

The sunset and sunrise in the bay were incredible. Nice boat and staff, and the food was excellent. Had the fortune to share with some cool and funny guys.

Really enjoyable boat trip, plenty of activities which were great! The food was also very good and a great evening with karaoke and delicious cocktails. The tour guide Tuan was amazing and had lots of really interesting information about halong bay. Would highly recommend this tour, great value for your money! :)
