MATlagningskurs i Taormina på Chef Massimo HOUSE!!

Had the most fabulous day with Chef Massimo. First we got to tour the local markets and learn about shopping for high quality ingredients. Then we walked to Chef’s house perched along the cliff overlooking the sea. The outdoor dining space and the cooking stations were both set up with so much attention to detail. Chef has perfected this experience knows how to pack in a lot of information in a small amount of time and instruction for all cooking abilities. We prepared a feast and every single bite was delicious. Highly recommend this exceptional experience in Taormina

CHef Massimo was exceptional (and our group has done many cooking classes)! He was engaging and so well organized .. we could not believe how many dishes we made! They were all delicious! The setting was beautiful and the staff was great!

Chef Massimo’s passion for cooking truly made this experience special! He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a way of making learning about food both fun and approachable. What really stood out was how he made sure everyone participated. He was patient, encouraging, and especially helpful with anyone who lacked a little confidence in the kitchen. You never felt intimidated—just excited to learn, cook, and enjoy the experience. The amount of food and wine we were served was extremely generous, and everything was fantastic. You definitely will not leave hungry! A fun, authentic, and memorable experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Chef Massimo’s cooking class to anyone looking for a great food experience in Sicily!

Massimo (and his staff) served as the perfect host to our private cooking class for 8 of us! His home served as the most beautiful backdrop to the cooking class and our actual dinner afterward. The food was great, and we appreciated the nice local wine that Massimo provided. This was definitely one of the best things we did on our trip to Sicily, and I would highly recommend you book with Massimo!

I was a fairly skeptical husband on my wife wanting me to go to the cooking class with her. I’m not a cook and don’t go into the kitchen other than to grab a beer… This was a lot of fun. The chef is a really good guy and it is a very worthwhile program. The food was delicious. The house was fantastic and I didn’t even look on my phone for football scores one time… Highly recommend even for skeptical husbands.

A big WOW! What a great class. Our chef Massimo was so energetic and culturally informative..we learned a lot about local food and how to cook them. His kitchen and place of business was spectacular. The view! Just amazing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him and his staff at the house. The spent a lot of time with us..felt very relaxed and hospitable. I highly recommend his cooking “event” ….it truly was memorable.

A very detailed and informative class. Massimo was superb. Well planned and with his helpers everything worked smoothly and finished with an amazing multi course meal and local wine to celebrate . ❤️

This class is 10000% worth your time and money!! My husband and I did this on our honeymoon and we’re blown away how amazing the experience is. Massimo is an incredible chef and teacher. Even learning how to better choose ingredients overall to the way to use them in dishes, to pasta making, it included it all. The meal from what we made was one of our favorites in Italy! We’ve even made one back home already!! I couldn’t recommend this class enough
