Matlagningskurs i Rom: Kock på en dag

I loved taking an Italian cooking class from Chef Federico. First, we arrived a little late and Chef Federico waited for us patiently. We went shopping at a local farmers market and Chef Federico took us to his cooking class space. Chef Federico was equal parts knowledgeable, informative and funny. He didn’t just show us how to cook but he also explained the why of every ingredient. This class was very hands-on so we got to prepare and cook every ingredient. In the end, we ate three amazing dishes with some wine and good company. Also big props to Ricardo, the Chef’s assistant, who worked behind the scenes to make our class even better.

I have taken several cooking classes over the years, and this was by far my favorite. Chef Fredrico Alessandri exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did he teach us how to prepare authentic Italian dishes, but he also shared practical cooking tips, techniques, and explanations that I can apply in my everyday cooking at home. Chef Fredrico was incredibly patient, understanding, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. His passion for Italian cuisine was evident throughout the entire experience. One of the highlights was the gnocchi. It was the softest, most flavorful gnocchi I have ever eaten, and learning how to make it from scratch was an unforgettable experience. If you’re visiting Rome and looking for a memorable, hands-on culinary experience, I highly recommend this class. It was one of the highlights of my trip, and I left with skills and knowledge that I’ll use for years to come.

We has SO MUCH fun! He taught us a lot. We thought we knew what we were doing since we made pasta before. We were wrong. He taught us why some things we made didn’t work. We had wine and three wonderful pastas and a dessert. We made friends too. The chef was very funny too!

You have to book this!!! Nothing else like it!! We have done several cooking classes, but this is by far the best ever!! We learned so much, and Chef was entertaining, and personal, and fun!!! I want to go to his estate in Ubruzzio and do another one!!! Thanks for an unforgettable experience!!

What a fantastic team event. Everyone hat his learning experance and lots of fun, plus a fantastic lunch with two types of pasta and wonderful soft gnocchi. Grazie Federico, you did a great job!

Chef Federico Alessandri was very generous with his knowledge of food and ingredients. Loved working in his professional kitchen while learning to make traditional and gourmet Italian cuisine. My friends and I shared the Dove Tower and enjoyed the pool. Louise Alessandri helped us with transportation as well as getting to and from the waterfall on our extra day. Fantastic cooking school experience!
