Första steget på denna otroliga tur är revet Ixlache som är vår första punkt för snorkling. Efter detta navigerar vi till Contoy, där du kan njuta av en upptäcktsfärd med vår certifierade Guide. Du har tid att koppla av på stranden eller att göra en andra snorkel på stranden. Senare njuter du av en utsökt regional buffémåltid. På vår väg tillbaka får du möjlighet att besöka Isla Mujeres där du kan gå och köpa souvenirer. En tur fylld av natur och äventyr!

Tour didn’t pick us up, it was raining and thunder in Cancun. Very unprofessional, doesn’t want to refund us our money $276 !! Don’t book
This traveler tried to cancell the tour the very same day of the activity, did not showed up during pick up and mistreated the customer care team when refund was denied
Contoy Island is absolutely beautiful. I was disappointed that the boat staff getting is from Cancun to Isla Mujeres and then to Contoy Island did not show more sympathy and understanding to customers that were getting sea-sick due to the extremely long uninterrupted 90 minute boat rides. Plus the food and drinks served on the island was extremely low quality. I wouldn’t recommend if you want to have a romantic good time.
For any readers, this review is not about the tour in reality, please reffer to other reviews The tour information clearly displayed that Isla Mujeres and Contoy were going to be visited, you yourself have stated this meaning that it was not an "ininterrupted 90 minute boat ride" You even demanded to skip the snorkel of everyone else just to arrive sooner The national park guards and the staff were attentive and gave propper information about the tour, you choose to not follow them
Alex led our excursion with the crew They all did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and our experience well thought out They had great knowledge of the park and took very good care of us

Alex was the main tour guide He was so pleasant and funny ! Great knowledge of everything and very thorough with all of his directions Would recommend this tour to anyone ! The beach was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. The buffet was delicious!

Wow, what a wonderful day. I have only good words to say to the whole team. I discovered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I learned about The ecosystem of Isla Contoy . Great day! Beautiful tour and tour guides were amazing! Rolando was awesome and took great care of us! Only thing that was a little misleading is that the open bar was only for some parts of the boat ride and another downside was it took us 3.5 hours to get back to our resort in Playa del Carmen after leaving the island which wasn’t the fault of the tour but just be aware while booking!

A fab day out! Sufficient time in Isla de Mujeres, snorkelling on the reef in vast empty space as there were no other boats, Contoy is simply Caribbean beauty. Great hosting throughout.
Contoy is indeed a Caribbean beauty, due to it's preservation laws, most of the area is free of people and boats This is the perfect place to enjoy the nature without any worries! The trip was brilliantly from start to finish. We were picked up from Playa and arrived at the dock ready to get on the boat. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the actual experience of snorkelling in the sea on the reef as well as visiting Contoy and Isla Muheres was stunning.
