Comuna 13 Tour med linbana

Beskrivning

Our guide Walter was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The meetup was clear and straightforward. Metro journey was ok. Bus was more crowded and chaotic. The weather was very warm. Even though we took the earliest booking at 1000 hrs it got very hot by the time we were climbing communa 13 hill. The cable car up was also good. There is some steep uphill walking although not too much but anyone with mobility or health issues may struggle. Going up the hill climb through part of the barrio was the most intense, continuous barrage of bars, restaurants and eating places, shops and stalls selling clothing, souvenirs and artesania, that I have ever experienced anywhere. The noise from every shop, music, dancing, shouting, plus the very narrow walkways and street, with the occasional motorbike, makes a claustrophobic, overwhelming atmosphere and not for the faint hearted. This may excite some people, maybe younger ones, but you need stamina and resilience! Maybe not the best for young children though? Returning downhill was a relief but the bus back to the metro station was very crowded. Do it but be aware. Watch your pockets and keep drinking fluids!
It a lot of walking wear comfortable shoes but the experience is worth trying .our tour guide Walter is the best
To feast one's eyes...I loved it...a very touching guide...who tells the history of Medellin with emotion
It was a great tour to kick of the trip to Medellin. The guide showed us all the major spots and gave us the history of the community and the meaning of some of the major art works.
I had an amazing experience during this Comuna 13 tour. Our tour guide was very friendly and seamlessly switched from English to Spanish. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Comuna 13. He made the tour interesting and I left with a great sense of the history of the area. The tour was very fun and the guide was great at taking pictures for our group. I highly recommend this tour if you would like to see some of the best views in Comuna 13 as well as learn about the history. I can tell that he’s done this tour many times because everything was well organized. Five star experience from start to end. Thank you!
Camillo our tour guide was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the area which made the experience worthwhile. He’s very patient and does his best for everyone to enjoy the tour. We met downtown El Poblano, took the metro and the cable cars to communa 13 it felt like a real local experience. One thing I liked was that the tour was not over crowded so it was easy for Camillo to interact with each person and made the experience feel personal. We all felt included. We visited so many local shops and interacted with the locals. I would definitely recommend this experience.
Excellent and very complete tour! Highly recommended
It is everything as described. Oscar was a great tour guide! He is knowledgeable, helpful and allows you to fully experience the culture taking the metro to the cable car and onto the local bus that commutes to Comuna 13. While there, we ate, took a lot of pictures and learned about the history behind the famous graffiti
Excellent tour, what an impactful history and the guide Angel 10/10 in attention and details. Wow, what a way to make you feel what was suffered in the commune during the tour and how it is lived currently; I truly leave with a great feeling of empathy and respect. We recommend it 100%!!!
The experience was awesome and my guide was very kinda! I recommend to go with comfortable shoes because it’s a lot of walking.
