Efter att ha parkerat på den officiella parkeringen kommer du att hänvisas till början av leden till Poço Ribeira do Ferreiro. När du når huvudvyn kommer du att kunna beundra dussintals vattenfall som rinner nerför den grönskande sluttningen. Det kommer att göras ett stopp för kontemplation, vila och inspelning av bilder, innan du återvänder längs samma rutt.
Efter att ha anlänt till parkeringsplatsen i Fajã Grande tar vår guide dig till ingången till leden som leder till vattenfallet Poço do Bacalhau. Vid ankomsten kommer du att kunna se ett imponerande vattenfall cirka 90 meter högt, med en pool av kristallklart vatten vid basen. Det blir ett stopp på upp till 1 timme för att njuta av landskapet, vila och, om du så önskar, ett uppfriskande bad, innan du återvänder till startpunkten.
Efter att ha anlänt till parkeringsplatsen nära attraktionen kommer vår guide att följa med dig på en kort promenad till utsiktsplatsen Rocha dos Bordões. Från utsiktspunkten kan du beundra denna imponerande klippformation, unik på Azorerna, med sina enorma vertikala pelare som liknar orgelpipor. Vi stannar i cirka 10 minuter för att observera, ta bilder och uppskatta det omgivande landskapet innan vi återvänder.
Efter parkering vid huvudentrén tar vår guide dig till Lagoa Negra Viewpoint. Från utsiktsplatsen kommer du att kunna beundra vattnets djupa mörka färg, omgiven av gröna sluttningar och en atmosfär av lugn. Vi stannar i cirka 15 minuter för att begrunda, fotografera och uppskatta naturen innan vi återvänder till startpunkten.
Efter att ha anlänt till parkeringsplatsen kommer vår guide att följa med dig till utsiktspunkterna Caldeira Funda och Caldeira Rasa. Från utsiktspunkten kommer du att kunna beundra Caldeira Funda, med sin djupvattenlagun och täta växtlighet runt den, och precis framför Caldeira Rasa, mindre och grundare, men lika charmig. Vi stannar i cirka 15 minuter för att observera, ta bilder och begrunda naturen innan vi återvänder.
Efter parkering i åtkomstområdet tar vår guide dig till Lagoa da Lomba Viewpoint. Från utsiktsplatsen kommer du att kunna betrakta lagunens lugna vatten, omgiven av frodig vegetation och mjuka berg. Vi stannar till för begrundan, foton och uppskattning av det fridfulla landskapet innan vi återvänder.
Efter parkering vid huvudentrén kommer vår guide att följa med dig på en kort promenad till Albarnaz-fyren. Härifrån kan du njuta av panoramautsikt över havet och närliggande öar. Vi kommer att stanna för kontemplation, fotografier och ledig tid för att utforska omgivningarna, innan vi återvänder.

It was the best choice to take this tour, a complete tour, visiting the beautiful spots on Flores island. The initial tour was with Renata, but due to the heavy rain for half of the day some spots weren't visible. Due to their availability we got the opportunity the next day to see the missing points with Helder, Renata's husband and therefore we've managed to see the whole island. On both days the tour started with the direct pick-up, continued over the many photo stops and a short trail. On the first day we had a great lunch, trying local food, delicious. Both Renata and Helder are very responsible and safe drivers, sharing with us many information about the island, they are cool people and was nice to have them as guides. We really appreciated their availability to see the missing view points on the second day and to drive us to the airport. I would 100% recommend Dona Julia Tours to anyone visiting Flores.

Complete tour by van of Flores. If you have limited time, this is perfect to see the highlights in one day. It's mostly sitting in the van, less active tour.

Excellent way to see all points of interest on the island. We were never rushed and spent as long as wanted at stops. Also able to take some walking breaks.

Our tour of Flores was led by Hinata, who was an excellent guide. She owns and operates the company with her husband, Helder, who we also met at one of the tour stops. Hinata showed us all over the island, taking us to multiple viewpoints and even a couple of short hikes. The weather wasn't very good to start the day, but that didn't deter her; she simply adjusted the schedule to ensure we could still see everything once the weather cleared up. I would 100% recommend Dona Julia Tours to anyone visiting Flores.

Excellent overview - stopping at almost every viewpoint, and two hikes to waterfalls that were amazing. The lakes were fogged in - so they picked me up the next morning for a mini-tour to see the lakes!

The tour was very complete, allowing us to see some of the island’s most iconic points, such as lagoons, waterfalls and miradours. However, it would have been even more enriching with more sharing about local history and geology. Renata was very attentive and made every effort to make sure we visited all the places of interest, so I thank you, but I think you could benefit from a deeper local knowledge.
