Amato and ion were brilliant guides ! They both made the whole experience entertaining and filled us with some much knowledge while being able to entertain BOTH our children for the full day - very special thanks !! Ion’s driving was impeccable ! The trip itself could have done with being longer, I initially thought it was 10-12 hours when I booked. However, we were back in Milan by 5pm - lake como was amazing and the views are outstanding but I felt we could have done with longer time there as there’s so much to do and so little time to do it in. It has however opened our eyes to going back, and will now be confident in using the train lines and navigating that way. Once again huge thanks to amato and ion. You really did make our first time in lake como one to remember
They wouldn't refund our money because they wouldn't accept out photocopied passports. They wouldn't offer us a full credit and I would strongly advise you don't use their service.
This isn’t a trip, more of a guided shuttle bus. I expected more of a guided tour at the stop-offs, not just to be pointed at something and told a time to be back or the bus would leave without us.

You are in good hands! The travel guide we had was excellent. She was very knowledgeable. She knew the entire area and spoke excellent English.
It was a full day and thought it was a great way of seeing the area. Our guide, Alice did a good d job being available and meeting the needs of the group. There was a point when folks on the boat could not hear her, the lapel mic needed to be brought to her mouth. This was corrected by using the boat microphone.
Well organized and structured. Good way to see a lot in a short period, especially with kids in tow. Bus is cool either with a/c.

Amato was a great tour guide. I appreciated how everything ran on time. Well planned trip with a good amount of time at each location. The boat tour was nice but the outside area gets filled up quick so you may be inside. Bellagio was wonderful.
