Was good, but we had to wait for 75 minutes to get on the boat. The instructions were ok-isch, bit fast to understand. If you want to go beyond Nesso you need more than 2 hours. They said not to go faster dan 25, with that speed We didnt make it to Nesso (from Commo)
I am from Como and I had never considered renting a boat! Sergio convinced me! Beautiful experience to recommend to everyone! Not just for tourists!
Elisa and Lisa are amazing! So helpful and friendly, made the experience very positive. Lake Como is beautiful and we enjoyed our two hours on the lake. We left the port at 4:00 and returned at 6:00 it was a good time to go as there wasn’t as much traffic on the lake which can crowd the popular stops along the way.
Boat rental two hours, beautiful experience among the most beautiful villas on Lake Como, very welcoming staff, they explained how to navigate safely. I recommend the experience.

My wife and I rented a boat for 2 hours. When you rent a boat out of downtown Como there is one dock where all the boat rental companies serve their customers. Every other company had their dock boys in shirts with company logos so it was easy to identify and check-in. This company had no one on the dock until 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation and no one answered my message I sent in Viator, nor my phone call. Once I finally found the dock boy working for this company I found out this company had one boat for the time slot, but 3 parties reserved the same boat. One party got the boat, while my party and the other party did not. The other party got rescheduled for a time slot 5 hours later. The company did manage to borrow a boat for my party from another company so we did get out on the water for a 2 hour boat rental, but that wasn’t until after 75 minutes of fighting to talk to the one dock boy who wasn’t even at the dock until 30 minutes after my reservation. I felt bad for the dock boy, who was very nice and apologetic. He tried to offer me a discount for my troubles, but the manager eventually showed up and made sure I was given no discount for my troubles. The manager was very rude and demanding and not apologetic. The dock boy, Francesco, was very nice. If the company didn’t find a replacement boat the review would have been 1 star. If the manager offered a discount for the inconvenience like the dock boy wanted, the review would have been a 4 star as it would’ve been a way to make up for the mistakes. The discount the dock boy wanted to give was roughly 25%. I thought that was fair. I would avoid renting from this company. Oh and when we got on our boat, another party showed up for their rental slot and I’m going to assume there was no boat for them.

Stefano was great! He was very responsive and very kind. Super easy we met him at the dock and then had 2 hours out on the water. Highly recommend!
