Very disappointed in the experience. It was so loud you could not hear the guide’s instructions. We did not know ahead of time you go through the rooms in a group. The rooms were not very exciting. We felt it was a waste of money.
This was a really unique experience. I don’t really take alot of pictures, especially selfies, but it made me come out of my comfort zone and take several different pictures and poses which was actually really fun.
No wow factor at all, and admission price made the visit a poor value for the money. Would not recommend a visit at the Color Factory. Not much to see there. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but that does not make up for lack of content.
It was great! My daughter loved it, can’t wait to go back with friends and treat it like a selfie night!! Highly recommend for a quick fun and interactive experience!
Wear bright colors, and be camera ready. It takes about 1.5 hours. Such a fun experience, even for adults.
I visited the color factory with my (almost) 5 year old twins and my teenage nieces. This place truly has something for everyone. My twins absolutely loved the dance room and ball pit. My nieces caught themselves finding their inner child while throwing confetti at one another. Truly is a fun experience and I loved the small, intimate group sizes.

We had the best time at Color Factory Houston! It was the perfect thing to do before an Astros game and super close to downtown. My teen loved it, and even my 70+ year-old parents had a great time — definitely something fun for all ages. The space was bright, clean, and full of cool, interactive activities that kept us all smiling the whole way through. It took us about 1.5 to 2 hours, but you can go at your own pace, which I loved. The crowds were small the day we went, and since you reserve your time slot, it never felt packed or rushed. The staff was friendly, and everything was really well organized. Admission is a little pricey, but we found a good deal on Groupon, and honestly, it was worth it. If you’re looking for something unique and fun to do in Houston, especially before a game or downtown outing, I definitely recommend it!
The Color Factory was so much fun and very interactive! It is fun for all ages and you even get sweet treats along the way!! I definitely recommend this experience for anyone visiting Houston!
