Denna turné börjar med att guiden tar dig till Forum Romanum, vi börjar där historien en gång började. Forumet var ett livligt nav för aktiviteter från att hålla offentliga tal, till offentliga brottsrättegångar och naturligtvis gladiatorspelen. Allt eftersom tiden gick blev det en symbol för det romerska imperiets makt och storhet. Idag är ruinerna av Forum en stor hisnande arkeologisk plats och en populär turistattraktion i Rom och även en välbesökt park bland lokalbefolkningen.
Detta är en guidad tur som inte bara kommer in i Colosseum utan även i de begränsade områdena i Colosseums tunnelbana och Arenascenen. De begränsade områdena i Colosseum under jorden är där djuren hölls och lyftes upp av slavar till scenen för att förvåna publiken. Efter tunnelbanan följer vårt besök upp på Arenascenen. Vår tur kommer att avslutas i detta magnifika monument för att sedan ge dig möjlighet att fritt undra runt de vanliga områdena.

This is the tour. Starts downstairs underneath the floor to see how things worked, then up to the floor, then up to the top. Tour guide Renata was extremely informative and tireless in very hot weather.

Cannot recommend highlights of Rome enough for our tour of the colosseum and forum. We had an amazing time and our tour guide was very insightful and answered all our questions.

Our family (six people) had a private tour of the Colosseum Underground, Roman Forum and the Palatine hill palace area. This was the highlight of our Italy trip by far. Renata was our tour guide. She was passionate and knowledgeable about the history. She naturally guided us through the historical sites with illustrations, overviews and specific areas we should view. We, and others in our party, thought that the Colosseum Underground tour was going to be at the time we booked. However, we had a tour of the Roman Forums for almost 2 hours before the underground tour. Then, we only had 40 minutes to experience the tour and were completely rushed by the Colosseum staff. Sabrina, our tour guide, was phenomenal and very knowledgeable on the roman history

Ranata was patient and great tour guide. She knew how to convey the architecure and history of the colosseum and forum. She ensured we covers everything with closer to 3.5 hours !
This by far was the best thing we did in Rome. Our tour guide renata was amazing and provided us with so much history. She took her time to answer my 1000 questions and stopped endlessly so we can capture all of our amazing photos recapping the day. Highly recommend!
What an amazing tour we had with renata of the colosseum in rome, she was everything you could ask for in a guide, she literally new everything and was very passionate about what she does, and she was so friendly and welcoming, me and my family can't thank you enough for this wonderful exsperience. 😊
We really enjoyed this tour. Renata is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic! We took the tour with our 3 children (10,8 and 1) and the older children were enthralled. The temperature in Rome has been very high but this did not detract from the tour and our enjoyment of it. Would highly recommend.
