Marle was an amazingly intelligent guide that connected the dots to the origins of Rome to the big enchilada - the Colosseum! Our walk around Paletine Hill and the Forum we so amazing and the Colosseum is spectacular. It was SOOOO hot so bring water bottle and prepare for steep steps!! Great last tour for our family in Rome!

Gerard was a wonderful tour guide. The depth of history he had of the place was astounding!! He was very patient and passionately explained the history and answered all our questions. We were hosted by Marle for private tours of the Vatican and Colosseum. Marle has a real passion for Rome and was a very informative tour guide. There was an overwhelming amount of artefacts to see at both locations and this tour was a perfect way to take it all in a short space of time. Although this tour is not cheap, we felt like it was good value for money for the quality of tour guide and for an experience with no waiting in lines.
