The time on our mobile ticket was wrong and we were forced to wait outside for 2 hours before entering. The entrance instructions were also nonexistent and the staff was not helpful whatsoever and actually quite rude. After finally entering and finding a somewhat comfortable place to stand, we were pushed around by staff and almost coerced into spending 100s of more dollars for minuscule upgrades. My one friend does not drink alcohol and saw that you served red bull and they refused to give her just a plain red bull. The show is a cool experience but the exact opposite of the atmosphere we were expecting. Incredibly disappointed. I’d recommend to not waste your time and/or money.
Very nice show very good music but 7 pm too early waiting 1:30 for the entrance bracelets then an hour to go home No seating position No meals served Vigilances are constantly changing places...

Such an amazing experience! It’s 4 hours of show… then dancing.., then more show.. then dancing. All night long! I can’t even describe how on point and professional the show was. A Vegas style show for sure!! Premium talent!! One tip… don’t get the photos from the people running around taking pictures. Poor communication and they charged me 4 times! Was very hard to get someone to understand what happened and give me my money back.
I had an absolutely amazing time at Coco Bongo Cancun! Even though I didn’t stay until the very end, I thoroughly enjoyed myself from start to finish. The atmosphere is electric—it’s a non-stop party, and even going solo was so much fun. I ended up chatting and connecting with other attendees, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hosts and servers were wonderful, attentive, and friendly. They even helped me get a better spot so I could enjoy the show to the fullest. And what a show it was! The performances were spectacular, with incredible acts that left me in awe and disbelief. Coco Bongo is a must-visit for anyone looking for a high-energy night filled with entertainment, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
Terrible experience. I went to Coco Bingo and Viator had cancelled my reservation. Then the operator answered the phone, hung up and and never answered another call. Will never use them again.
