Club Mobay Sangster Airport VIP Lounge med förtur

The staff at club Mobay is always amazing and professional. I had one issue on July 17, 2026. I waited in the arrival lounge and the waitress ignored me for 20 minutes and I observed her taking orders from others ( white guests) who came in the lounge after me. Once I got up to leave, the manager saw me and asked if I was okay. I explained to him what happened he apologized and he took my request. The manager is very professional and I appreciate him recognizing my displeasure and offering to remedy it. The reason for this post is to highlight what happened and for it to be taken care of for it is unacceptable. I have been using club Mobay for many years and just because of how this waitress treated me, I’ am starting to reconsider using their service. I wish this will never happened again.

Our representative was very kind and accommodating to us as my husband had been sick on the plane. She took care of our luggage and got us to the head of the lines because my husband was sick. She was very kind.

I was happy to see our names and someone waiting for us to pass the long lines at airport. It was a breeze. Not like in the past when i waiting the long lines. I enjoyed the food and drinks while waiting for my friends coming on another plan a little later then myself. Worth the money.

Do not hesitate to book this service! It was a wonderful way to end our vacation. Walking into the facility you truly feel like you are wisked away into an elite experience. At the lounge we were able to relax in a well designed, comfortable, and modern space. Nosh on some delicious treats, and receive phenomenal attention (thanks Danielle). We will definitley be booking again.

The whole experience was Great. We was able to relax, eat and drink before our flight home. Beautiful

It was a nice relaxing way to leave the island, especially since I was travelling on my own. I felt safe leaving my belongings at my seat to go to the restroom or visit the buffet. The food choices were varied enough to have something for most people, though I think some more kid friendly choices would have been good for those travelling with kids. If I had my kids there they would only have eaten the cakes and maybe a patty. The little wrap sandwiches were dry. There were some sauces available that could have helped but they were on the complete opposite side of the buffet so I didn't notice them. I arrived at 9:30 after the fastest trip through security thanks to the priority line. There are 3 areas within the lounge with their own bar and buffet area, which I didn't realize until much later. The area I was directed to was mostly empty at that time but filled up by 10 or so. I would recommend pre-booking. Staff was very friendly and attentive- A++ Food was good but could use a few more options- B+ Space/Ambiance/Cleanliness- A

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Club Mobay – Thank You, Sherri-Kay! When I traveled to Jamaica with my parents on July 11, I decided to book Club Mobay Arrival Service for the first time. I have always used the departure service, but because I was traveling with my elderly parents, I wanted to make our arrival as smooth as possible. The only challenge we experienced was with the wheelchair service. I had requested two wheelchairs, but only one was available, and after waiting quite some time, we decided to continue on foot. Despite that setback, Sherri-Kay completely changed our experience with her exceptional customer service. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She apologized several times for the wheelchair situation, even though it was beyond her control, and she showed such compassion toward my parents, encouraging them to take their time and reassuring them that she was there every step of the way. She made sure all of our luggage was taken care of and guided us seamlessly through every stage of the arrival process. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel valued and well cared for. The hospitality at Club Mobay was excellent. The lounge was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. While the wheelchair availability could certainly be improved, the outstanding care we received from Sherri-Kay and the rest of the staff more than made up for it. Thank you, Sherri-Kay, for turning what could have been a stressful arrival into a pleasant and memorable experience. They were very professional and very helpful.. My luggage didn't show up and my representatives stood by me the whole time and helped me.

Amazing as always. They greet you as soon as you get off the plane. Take you to get your bags, get you through customs quickly and you are off to your resort. Very friendly and efficient
