Förbered dig för den hisnande utsikt och gästfrihet på Irlands västkust. Klipporna stiger från det arga Atlanten till höjder över 700 fot och har skyddat västkusten från de våldsamma Atlanten i mer än 300 miljoner år. Det finns guidade turer i klippkanten dagligen. Från klipporna tar vi en kort resa till Doolin för en smak av verkligt traditionell irländsk gästfrihet. Lyssna på lokal folklore, smaka på det lokala priset och kanske ha en pint Guinness medan du lyssnar på ett av de många improviserade traditionella bandet.
Vi går sedan hem via Burren. Inga ord kan beskriva landskapet som väntar på dig, beskrivet som Irlands Grand Canyon. Burren eller "Great Rock" omfattar 220 kvadrat miles och är i princip en stor sten av kalksten. Det finns många visningspunkter längs rutten. Både klipporna och Burren är en del av Irlands ”Wild Atlantic Way” och även om det finns många områden med fantastiskt landskap och historia längs Wild Atlantic Way, är Cliffs och Burren kanske det mest hisnande.

The trip was exactly as advertised though the experience was better because of William, our driver and guide. He was right on time, had a wealth of local knowledge and made sure we went to the right places at the right time to avoid lines. Highly recommend this for a small/medium group or family.

Fantastic day made better by Cliff our tour driver. While the trip was not a typical tour guide led trip Cliff was fantastic at anticipating our needs and information discussion level. He got to know us and as we got to know him during the 3 hour drive from Dublin we became fast friends. The sites he took us to were perfect for our family and tailored to our interests. There is so much to see it’s impossible to see it all but we felt like we were able to get a taste of the country from our tour. The level of customization of the trip made it even better and we walked away feeling like we were able to see the things we wanted to see, not pre determined spots.

Driver William was awesome. Flexible, knowledgeable, witty, patient. Made the journey more fun. Stopped at local establishments on the way. Got a feel for local rural people and countryside.

We had an incredible day. Our driver William was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the history and any information about each site. He tailored the trip to what we wanted and has us see other spots that we didn’t know about including the oldest pub in Ireland. I would highly recommend him and when I come back to Dublin I will ask for him to take us to other sites.

The cliffs were awesome! We walked all up and around them to the top & captured the beauty with our family. Along the way our knowledgeable & friendly guide, William Schindler ,stopped off to show us an old castle - with an incredible story attached to it . He walked us around to show us an ancient bell tower and then on to a delicious hometown meal. It was a full day of stepping back into history. We made great memories ! We are a family of 6, with ages ranging from 19 to 58 years old . We all agreed that the cliffs of Moher was the highlight of our trip. William was an amazing tour guide. So informative and accommodating. His knowledge of Ireland history was so welcoming. We made some stops along the way and he took us to a great Irish pub in Dooling on our return. This 12 hour tour was worth the money. We were dreading the 3 hour drive but William made that part of the tour just as exciting. Highly recommend Dublin Chauffeurs. Thank you
