Very friendly and professional service! They were punctual both times we used them.
First time using Rome Cabs and delighted with the service, courtesy and professionalism. Great communication pre and during holiday for two transfers to and from Civitavecchia Port and central Rome. Highly recommend.
We debarked our ship at 7:30 am. Roma Cabs had driver Daniela waiting for us. We were at the airport in 45 minutes. Our flight was 10:30, and we made it without any tension or rush. I would not hesitate to us them again.
This was our second time booking a transfer from Civitavecchia to Rome airport with Stefano's RomeCabs. As before, the courteous driver was waiting for us when we exited the terminal. Our journey from ship to airport was pleasant and seamless. The RomeCabs website provides all the information needed to make the reservation and pay in advance. Highly recommended!
I was hopeful based on reviews that Rome Cabs would work well for us. Our driver picked us up at the Citavecchia port right on time. He was personable and most importantly, spoke good English. We had a smooth and fast transfer to our hotel in Fiumincino. I highly recommend this service.
We scheduled a ride from the cruise port to the airport. Roberto, our driver, was waiting with a board with my name on it right where we got off the cruise ship. We had a wonderful ride to the airport in a clean and air conditioned van. Excellent service! I highly recommend.

Our driver was there early and texted and emailed me that he was there already. So glad that he was there early as we were able to disembark earlier than planned! We used Rome cabs for a transfer from Fiumicino Airport to Civitavecchia, where we stayed the night before embarking on our cruise. Driver was waiting exactly as described in our confirmation, had a sign with our name, wrangled our luggage to the very comfortable mini van, and whisked us off direct to our hotel. So easy and worth every penny for the peace of mind, especially after a long flight / no sleep.
