- Stopp 11 Buckingham Palace är stängt varje söndag, måndag, onsdag och fredag från 11:00 till 12:00 på grund av vaktombyte
- Mobila och tryckta papperskuponger accepteras båda på denna tur och kan accepteras på någon av hållplatserna längs rutterna. Kuponger kan användas vilken dag som helst inom 12 månader från det resedatum som valts vid utcheckningen
- 24-timmarsbiljetten inkluderar en enkelresa mellan Westminster Pier och Tower Pier. Du kan starta kryssningen från endera piren. Avgår var 40:e minut. Varaktighet: 35 minuter ca. - Natttur (ingår endast i 72-timmarsbiljetten): Går dagligen kl. 19.00, 20.00, 20.00, 15.00, 21.00 och 22.00 (april - september). Fungerar dagligen kl 19:30 och 21:20 (oktober - mars). Avgångshållplats: Utanför Green Park Station

- Observera att Stop 1 Belvedere Road (röda och gröna linjer) är ur bruk tills vidare på grund av byggnadsarbeten. Närmaste upphämtningsplats för Stop 1 Belvedere Road är York Road - hållplats utanför M&S-butiken
- Hållplats 12 Horseferry Road kommer att vara avstängd måndag - fredag tills vidare på grund av omfattande trafikförhållanden runt Lambeth Bridge-området. Hållplatsen kommer att fortsätta trafikeras endast lördagar och söndagar. Närmaste alternativa ombordstigningsplats är Stop 10 Westminster Pier (bredvid Big Ben)
- Lördag 18 juli : På grund av en planerad palestinsk marsch som äger rum, förväntas betydande trafikstörningar och vägavstängningar under hela eftermiddagen. Röd rutt : Stopp 2 kommer inte att trafikeras förrän marschen har rensat Stranden. Hållplatser 25 och 26 trafikeras inte under denna tid. Avgången kl. 10:30 på Gröna vägen kan påverkas

We spent more time sitting in traffic than seeing any sights. It was very disappointing as I’ve gone on similar tours in different places & it was worth it. I do t know if it was because of busier traffic than usual or construction but we only did 1/2 of the loop before getting off the bus.
Frequency of this of City Sightseeing was not as good as the other 2. Big Bus and The Original Toot. My choice for future would be Toot they were very frequent and therefore less crowded. Same route. Big bus was frequent but crowded
Hi We bought 3 tickets today in front of the british museum nearly at 10 o clock.we went sightseeing later we went to natural history museum and after that we started waiting for the bus,but the bus didn't come,however the boy who sold the ticket said you can use the tickets until 8,so we had to go back to our hotel by bus and we paid money again. This was disappointing for usI will write to your office ,I want to get refund at least for the last part of our trip.
Terrible! Do any other tour except this one. They stop the bus and leave you on there in the heat without informing you of what’s happening. We sat on TWO BUSSES FOR 25 minutes each without any information as to what the issue was. The bus drivers just left the bus without any communication. He sat on the side of a building in full view of us but said nothing.

We went on the city sightseeing hop on hop off bus. It was excellent. Ronnie at the ticket office was very helpful

Way too expensive for what you get. They no longer have live guides aboard the buses providing live commentary. It’s only a recoding and terrible music via earbuds. Very disappointing!

Amazing experience! My 20 and 22 year old daughters loved it! We walked for a few hours and then hopped on the bus. It was so relaxing and a great way to see the big picture of London.

River cruise was excellent and would recommend that part. However, we booked online, and when we eventually found a bus stop for red route and showed the qr code, the driver was unable to scan the code and said we needed to get a paper ticket but was a bit vague on where to obtain it. While on the red route we had to get off twice to wait for another bus, because the bus we were on was changing to different routes. This made the whole thing feel very disjointed and quite frankly inefficient, as we seemed to spend more time waiting in queues rather than actually on the bus. Also, as tourists new to London, at no point did any of the drivers we had on the red route announce any of the upcoming stops which made it harder to work out where the stops were actually were to "hop off" the bus.

Half of London was closed for Pride parades 4/7. No option to get in the bus at normal stops, so I called the number left at the closed stop. Didn't get an answer for 40 mins, and the customer rep on the line confirmed large portions of the route were unavailable that day. She did not suggest alternative stops to try, rather asked me to contact customer services by email for a refund. I did this same day (whilst incurring additional cost to see London by alternative means with two small children). Customer service refused to refund stating closures were in their website... This was not posted anywhere in the booking process and you'd have to actively know where to check. I advised I'd spoken to their rep on the day who'd told me to contact them for a refund (& had not suggested any alternative places to pick up the bus wed paid £90 for), and they point blank refused. I asked for a manager to contact me and have received nothing further.
My friend and I traveled to London, first time for me. We were both recommended to use City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off for a complete experience, we were not disappointed! As a bonus, We lucked out meeting our driver Asad, Asad made our adventure even more fun and we felt made very welcome as Americans. Even shared information so we didn’t get lost again, we felt safe.
