We always do a city tour as it helps give you a quick overview of what's to see, and then decide where you want to get off. We had already done some of the route and got off to see a museum. We had already decided where our next stop was going to be but we had a live guide this time. Cameron, who was so good, and gave so much more information than the recordings we decided to stay on the whole tour again 😊 Definitely choose a live tour if you get the chance, it states LIVE TOUR on the front of the buses.
Fabulous guided tour by Nieve (sorry if spelling is incorrect) & Eric our driver. Very informative & entertaining! Highly recommend.
The tour was great to get a good overview of the city and what it had to offer. It stops at a good number of attractions.

It is a nice way to explore and get place to place. I would advise to ride the total way first then get on and off the next round.

Easy way to see the city, lots of interesting landmarks. Save your feet and ride the bus, views are amazing.

Travelled 11/8/2026 The bus did not have a proper guide, audio not working. The woman did her best but did not do a very professional job. Decided to use bus later 16.30 to go to our dinner date on Byres Road. Would be interesting to compare journeys. 16.30 was cancelled, so had to had to wait until 17.00. When we set off, we did not realise we needed earphones. Went down and got some. The commentary was really good, but switched off for the entire bus at about stop 9. Almost late for restaurant, due to previous bus being cancelled and traffic jams. Frequency on brochure states every 15 minutes, but when 16.30 was cancelled there was not another bus until 17.00. Very disappointing and stressful final journey. Paid £40! Nowhere near worth it!
Very detailed tour with expert guides that make the tour an exciting and happy experience. Visit to the Hydro and Sec was quite an experience.

Great way to see the city and some landmarks. The riverside museum is amazing . The live commentary buses offer a bit more relevant information
