WATCH OUT! We had very little information before departure, except at our request. Once the bus was en route, we realized that we were the only ones in our group to have a 3-night expedition. The itinerary has completely changed between what we bought and what we ultimately experienced. Beautiful scenery, but we are VERY disappointed with the organization and the result. Our pleasure was spoiled by the lack of organization and attractions we made more than once due to the jamming in the itinerary. The organization apologized but provided NO financial or comfort compensation during the expedition.

However, we would like to clarify that these clients did indeed travel with other participants and received all the necessary information three months prior to departure via email. We also addressed all their questions and explained the itinerary in detail both over the phone and by email. The program they selected was a standard shared formula, meaning it was the same for everyone and not customizable to individual preferences. This was clearly communicated before their departure. The itineraries and details were also available on our website, on our Victor profile, and shared again by email. After their return, these clients requested a full refund, which is not justified given that the trip took place as planned within the standard conditions of the chosen package. We therefore believe they are simply seeking to obtain a refund despite having fully participated in the trip.
