We opted for 2.5 hour complete Manhattan Island cruise, leaving from Pier 83. We had booked the premium seats and they really were ideal. It was such a hot day and we were inside, with great views and comfy seats. Water and a snack, as well as a guide book were also provided. Premium seating could also order food and drink to their seat or equally they could go downstairs to the bar/café. Our guide was a cross between Father Christmas and Captain Birds Eye to look at but he was an extremely good raconteur and clearly knew his subject well. His enthusiasm came across in his delivery and he provided a really enjoyable, informative and entertaining commentary. It was really good to see everywhere from the river and was a totally engaging and different experience
Wonderful way to get your first views of NYC and get close to Statue of Liberty. Our tour was suppose to go around the whole island but the high tide and not a full tour group we couldn’t fit user some bridge but they still gave us a great tour. Alexis did a great job narrating and singing for us. We did the premier seating, I have hip issues so the nice padded chairs were wonderful. The regular tour price chairs looked hard. We also received water, snacks and a souvenir book.
10 am Thursday. Around whole island. 2.5 hrs. We Ubered to the pier. There is inside AC seating and outside seating on the boat. Not full so folks moved around. Informative. Loved Alexis. Great photo ops. Statute of Liberty was one highlight. Snack bar and restrooms. Kids may be a bit bored but as seniors we really liked it. Highly recommended.
Rainy day was unfortunate. For when we could be outside, the speakers were not turned on for have the tour, so could not listen to the guide.
I had a premier ticket which I pointed out to the gentleman at the entrance. He told the young lady and she gave me an armband and booklet. She then directed me to get in this long line of other guest waiting (supposed to have advanced boarding). So I wait in line for awhile until I see another attendant up ahead. I asked is this the line for premier experience guest? He states oh let me take you to the front. He does the older gentleman direct me to the bottom deck with open sitting. I look around because this is not what was advertised. Whole time premier sitting is upstairs with designated seats by window away from over crowding. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed with the crowd to really help anyone
It was awesome - peaceful and an alternate way to enjoy views without a lots of walking. The only take away would be that we couldn't hear the narration on the front of the boat that they opened up after we departed the pier.
I came to NY 50 yrs ago and remember doing the short cruise but this was fantastic. Amazing views and David, our guide, kept up a formidable commentary on everything we were seeing.
It was wonderful and enjoyable. Drinks were expensive but the tour guide was super extraordinary, such as talented person. I want too buy his book but forgot the title. Please leave his book title.
The operator changed the schedule after I had booked my ticket, and then they eventually cancelled that ticket. There was no option to reschedule my ticket, and so I lost the rewards credit I had applied to the order.

This is the best way to see the city. If you have the time, the water offers excellent views of all of the boroughs. Our tour guide Alexis was informative and funny, making the trip a dream. Sit back and enjoy the views. Highly recommend!
