Me and my friend and her Family had a amazing experience with Kalòs Italian Experiences! They took us to discover the most beautiful places of the Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets, many of them known only to locals. They shared with us the legends and stories of every village we visited and guided us throughout the entire experience with care, fun, and professionalism. I truly highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience on the Italian Riviera.
Perfect weekend in Liguria! 🌊☀️ Stunning boat trip, crystal-clear sea, and breathtaking views. A relaxing and romantic experience, ideal to enjoy as a couple. Friendly and super helpful crew, truly special atmosphere from start to finish. Among hidden coves, an aperitif recommended by our guide at the restaurant at sunset, and unforgettable moments, everything was impeccable. We chose this boat tour to visit the Cinque Terre from a different perspective, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The coast seen from the sea is something unique: wonderful views, crystal-clear water, and perfect stops to relax and swim. The crew was very kind, helpful, and always attentive throughout the excursion. We also greatly appreciated the calm atmosphere on board, away from the hustle and bustle of the trains and the more crowded towns. The opportunity to enjoy local drinks and products during the tour was also excellent. We absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience the Cinque Terre in a more authentic and relaxing way, especially at sunset when the colors become spectacular. Definitely one of the most beautiful experiences of our trip to Liguria!
The experience never took place for us. It was scheduled on one day and we were told that the weather was too poor that day, and we needed to reschedule it to the following day. We moved around our schedule to accommodate the next day. The next day weather was worse than the one prior. In addition, there was a wind advisory by the Italian government and it was blustery and choppy on the sea. We advised that we did not feel safe to proceed with the boat tour due to the weather conditions. Despite this, they would not give us a refund for the tickets. I felt they were forcing an unsafe activity just to get the money from us.

Due to the adverse weather and sea conditions forecast for the originally booked date (March 25, 2026), characterized by strong winds and very rough seas, we offered to reschedule the experience to the following day at no additional cost. We also provided you with a complimentary upgrade, including one extra hour of service. On the following day, before confirming the activity, we carefully checked the situation both with our local staff and through the official websites of the Port Authority and Civil Protection of La Spezia. At that time, there were no navigation bans or official warnings preventing the tour from operating, therefore the activity was confirmed as scheduled. We understand that you may not have felt comfortable participating in the excursion; however, the decision not to join the tour was made independently shortly before departure, while our staff was already at the port ready to welcome all participants. The safety of our guests is always our highest priority, and if the conditions had truly been considered unsafe, we would have been the first to cancel the activity. Kind regards
