Vi börjar vår mattur på den världsberömda Tasty Dumpling där du kommer att prova deras stekta fläsk- och gräslöksdumplings. Medan du äter kommer din reseguide att lära dig några knep om hur de får sina signaturdumplings att smaka så läckra.
På väg till nästa matstopp besöker vi Mosco Street. Den här gatan kan vara liten men den är hem för en del unik kinesisk gatukonst och erbjuder också en av de bästa utsiktspunkterna för att fotografera One World Trade Center.
Vår mattur skulle inte vara komplett utan att besöka Mei Lai Wah. Denna nästan 60 år gamla restaurang är känd för att sälja de bästa Char Siu Pork Buns i staden. En absolut publikbehagare gör de lite sött, kryddigt och saftigt fläsk innan de stoppar in det i en ångad kinesisk Bao-bulle. Det här stället är en av de där "om du vet att du vet"-ställen, och det kommer garanterat att vattnas i munnen.
Vårt nästa stopp är på Doyer Street aka Murder Alley. Denna gata ligger i hjärtat av Chinatown och har en mörk historia och brukade vara platsen där rivaliserande kinesiska gäng skulle lösa sina meningsskiljaktigheter på 1800-talet (oroa dig dock inte, gatan är väldigt säker nu!)
Därefter beger vi oss till Spongies Cafe för att prova en sockerkaka i Hong Kong-stil tillsammans med ett smakprov av deras hemlagade söta thailändska te. Den lätta, luftiga kakan och det uppfriskande teet är den perfekta kombinationen – en unik och utsökt godsak du inte vill missa!
När vi lämnar Chinatown och går över till Little Italy har vi möjlighet att stanna vid skylten "Welcome to Little Italy". Denna ikoniska plats erbjuder den perfekta platsen för att ta en snabb bild i hjärtat av Little Italy med Empire State Building i bakgrunden.
Vi stannar till vid Piemonte Ravioli, en familjeägd pastabutik som har varit en stapelvara i Little Italy i över 100 år. När vi ändå är där får du prova deras handgjorda potatisgnocchi med en hemlagad marinarasås.
Därefter tar vi ett snabbt stopp utanför Mulberry Street Bar. Den här ikoniska platsen kan se bekant ut eftersom den har varit med i populära maffiafilmer och program som The Sopranos, Goodfellas och The Irishmen.
Vi stannar till vid Mulberry Street för att se Audrey Hepburns fantastiska väggmålning, ett slående stycke gatukonst som fångar hennes tidlösa elegans i hjärtat av Little Italy.
Vårt sista stopp blir Nolita Pizza, denna populära pizzaplats som erbjuder några av de bästa New York-pizzorna i staden. Vi ska prova lite av deras läckra ostpizza med en tunn och krispig botten, hemgjord tomatsås och smält mozzarellaost.
Vårt sista stopp är Eileens Special Cheesecake, ett älskat New York-bageri som har serverat sina ikoniska desserter i över 50 år. Här får du njuta av en av deras berömda cheesecakes eller en klassisk Italienska cannoli, den perfekta söta avslutningen på turen.

Ryan was fantastic and engaging! He knew each of the restaurant owners and everything was ready when we got to locations. The food was great and a fun mix of things. My 14 yr old son and I loved this tour!

Wonderful experience. Alex, our tour guide was fantastic - knowledgeable and well organized. She served us well and cleaned up after us. She added a lot of historical information, too. Plenty of food and all the stops were wonderful. Pork buns were especially delicious. .

Would definitely recommend this tour it includes a great variety of food and very substantial portions. Out tour guide David also pointed out lots of extra places for us to try on the remainder of our trip.
