Ulisis and Josh were amazing and we enjoyed our day visiting Chichen-itza. It was hot but we still had fun. There were people but it was not too crowded.

Their explanations about the history and culture of the Mayan civilization brought the ruins to life, and everything was well organized and stress-free. We went to a private tour for Chichen Itza. The guide and driver, Ulisses was excellent. He was a great source of knowledge. You can feel his passion for the subject as he gives you details and explanations. I highly recommend the Chichen Itza express private tour with him from Carey Tours, as a result. We went early in the morning and did not have large crowds, which was great.

We had an unforgettable experience visiting a private cenote and Chichen Itza, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Yosua. Starting at the private cenote, it truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful, breathtaking, and far from the crowds. The water was crystal clear, and having such an intimate setting made it even more special. Yosua made sure we felt comfortable the entire time, sharing interesting details about the cenote while still giving us space to take it all in. At Chichen Itza, Yosua absolutely brought the history to life. His knowledge was impressive, but what stood out most was how engaging and easy to follow he made everything. He didn’t just recite facts—he told stories that made the culture and significance of the site feel real and meaningful. He also helped us navigate the busy areas efficiently, making sure we got the best experience without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip. We had an amazing tour round Chichen Itza (absolutely breath taking place) followed by a spectacular swim in Samaal cenote and delicious lunch at the restaurant next to the cenote. Our guide Joshua was really knowledgeable, paced the tour perfectly getting us to places before the big crowds and buses turned up and really made the tour special for us all, particularly our kids (7 and 10) who he was great with, answering a huge barrage of random questions throughout the day! Thanks for an unforgettable day!

We had an interesting and impressive day, which was not least due to our driver Jhony. He explained the story of Chitchen Itza to us impressively. It was exciting and entertaining.
