The experience, despite the heat, is fantastic; you can feel a strange energy in the pyramid and on the ball court. Perhaps the only thing that takes you out of the experience is the complete noise of the vendors (although as a trick, if you know how, it is where you will get the best price during your entire stay, due to the amount of competition). The treatment from both Enrique and El Hormiga has been fantastic. Something you should know: I have been in the country for 5 days and my stay up to this moment had been a living hell... since my resort has not fulfilled anything that my travel agency promised... and thanks to these two people, Enrique and Hormiga, I can say that my family vacation has been less bad! THANK YOU guys, you don't know how much my family and I needed it!.

Awesome experience from beginning to end. The staff really take care of you and provide best overall experience. Our tour guide was Oscar (Daniel) and he was very friendly, informational and hospitable. The driver was great as well ensuring we had a safe, clean and comfortable ride to and from. Chichen Itza is a must see! Beautiful and rich with Mexican cultural history.

We purchased a package deal for two tours on two different days. To us, the price for this one was worth it. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, we loved/enjoyed every activity in the tour. The guides Ruiz and Jenny, and the driver Orlando were amazing, they were prepared and organized!
