Very organized event, guide professional throughout
Great experience for a solo traveller! The itinerary was packed with activities, making it excellent value for money. The lunch buffet was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I chose this tour mainly because of Cenote Suytun, and it certainly did not disappoint—it was absolutely worth it. A special thanks to our tour guide, Mr. Jorge, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the chance to take great photos and enjoy the experience. His assistant and our driver were very attentive too. Highly recommended!
Beautiful experience. Recommend 100%. The guide tour persons on the bus were very nice and explained everything to the letter. Also, loved the fact that they provide you with drinks and snacks. Will definitely be doing this tour to different place with them. Daniel, valentine y santiago were amazing tour guides!!
An amazing tour to the New Wonder of the World, Chichén Itzá. Swimming in the cenote was incredibly refreshing and a real highlight of the trip! Our tour guide, Daniel, and our driver, Isauro, did an outstanding job. Highly recommended! 🌟
The guide who took us, Mr. Avelino, gave us a lot of information about the history of the pyramid and cenotes; he is a very well-prepared person on the subject, honestly recommended. Mind you, you have to go super prepared because the heat is intense and you sweat a lot hehe, but they provided us with umbrellas and water. Mr. Avelino notified us about vendors in the area so that we would be very careful. The care from Avelino and the driver was excellent. The cenote where he took us, omg, super refreshing after so much heat and super beautiful. We were super happy.

It is a very complete, well-organized, and varied tour. I really liked the punctuality when picking us up, the friendliness of the guides, and the information provided. They are very friendly and the treatment is courteous and personalized. I would have liked to know sooner that I should bring mosquito repellent with me and that I could leave a larger backpack with my things on the bus, since when looking for general recommendations on the internet for this trip it said only a small bag with the basics. I recommend bringing sneakers, light-colored clothing, a blouse with sleeves, and loose pants. During the tour there are many things for sale that I also did not know about, so you have to come prepared. I highly recommend this one-day tour, I left Playa del Carmen at 8 am and we are going to return at approximately 9:30 pm.
