Kursen Fresh Pasta och italiensk vegetarisk glass på vår matlagningsskola, belägen i den pittoreska Chianti-regionen, erbjuder en autentisk och exklusiv kulinarisk upplevelse. Denna kurs, öppen för matlagningsentusiaster på alla nivåer, är en resa in i konsten att färsk pasta och italiensk glass, två pelare i Italiens kulinariska tradition. De tillagade rätterna kommer att vara enkla och välsmakande, så de kan replikeras hemma. I slutet av kursen, efter att ha ätit det som tillagats i sällskap, delas diplomen ut och recepten skickas till deltagarna.

We were warmly welcomed by Vilma and Tom, whose kindness, friendliness, and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning. They are incredibly family-friendly, and our children were fully involved throughout the experience, making it just as enjoyable for them as it was for the adults. The class focused on making fresh pasta and homemade ice cream. Vilma shares her knowledge with great passion, and her culinary expertise is evident in every explanation and demonstration. The ingredients used were of outstanding quality, making the whole experience feel authentic and truly special. We had a wonderful time together as a family, filled with laughter, learning, and sharing. At the end of the class, we enjoyed the delicious meal we had prepared together. While the children were proud to taste the pasta and ice cream they had made themselves, the adults also enjoyed the meal with a lovely glass of wine in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. A huge thank you to Vilma and Tom for your kindness, professionalism, and generosity. This is an authentic experience that we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone—especially families—visiting Tuscany!
