Cesme Boat Tour dolda vikar kryssning med simstopp

We booked this boat tour hoping to enjoy a relaxing day on the water while visiting Alaçatı. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, not worth the money. To start, the tour operator never contacted us to confirm the pickup time or location. We had to reach out ourselves the night before. We were told pickup would be at our hotel at 9:50 AM. Then, just 30 minutes before pickup, they changed the pickup location. We arrived at the new location on time, only for the van to show up about 20 minutes late. Once we arrived in Çeşme and boarded the boat, things did not improve. The loungers were supposedly available for guests, but many of them had already been reserved by the operator. The two men managing the loungers were smoking cigarettes throughout the process of checking in guests. The overall attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and there was essentially no customer service. We were assigned two loungers that were directly in the sun. My skin cannot handle prolonged direct sunlight, so we politely asked if we could be moved. We were told they would look into it, but no one ever came back to us. The boat itself was also extremely old and overcrowded. Although the tour advertises that it can accommodate up to 100 people, the number of people onboard felt completely unreasonable. You are essentially packed onto the boat like sardines, which made the experience feel anything but relaxing. Communication was another major issue. Most of the people onboard did not speak English, and there was very little effort from the staff to communicate with us or address our concerns. Between the lack of organization, poor communication, overcrowding, and lack of customer service, my partner and I ultimately decided that we did not want to spend the day on the boat. We got off before the boat even departed. We spoke with the man checking guests in at the dock and explained what happened. He told us that a refund could be issued upon request. We submitted the refund request as instructed, but no refund was ever issued. For the price of this tour, the experience was simply not worth it. What was supposed to be a relaxing day on the water turned into a frustrating morning dealing with poor communication, disorganization, overcrowding, and nonexistent customer service. Ironically, we ended up taking our rental car to some nearby beaches instead — and had a fantastic day. Based on our experience, we would absolutely not recommend this tour operator. There are plenty of better ways to spend your money and enjoy the beautiful beaches around Alaçatı and Çeşme.
