Despite a last minute change of plans, Viator stepped up to the plate and accommodated our large party providing a driver to our location and took us to the Airport. We were going to cancel our booking because at first they couldn’t help us with our sudden changes, but they called us and urged us not to cancel, and got us a ride! We were SO elated! Our last day of a 3-week trip was almost a disaster but Viator came through! We will use Viator EXCLUSIVELY for our Travel and Transportation needs👍

There was great communication and confirmation of the pick up the day before. We requested a infant seat and they had one. The car was very clean and the driver was right on time! It was a smooth transfer to the airport!!
Driver picked us up in mid-town hotel a few minutes after schedule. We planned for heavy traffic and so got to Heathrow just fine. Driver was pleasant and knowledgeable when it came to road detours for construction. He was glad we had allowed 90 minutes to get to the airport and so were not concerned about delays. Good ride.
