Tillbringa en dag på Catalina Island utanför Los Angeles kust. Bli upphämtad från ditt hotell. Transfer till Catalina Express-terminalen och checka in. Du kommer att njuta av en smidig 1-timmes färjeresa till ön där du har fri tid att utforska ön. Du kommer också att njuta av ett 45-minuters undervattensäventyr. Upptäck Catalinas rikliga havsliv! Denna turné har ingen privat guide när du är på ön. Du är fri att utforska. Den enda planerade turen kommer att vara Undersea Adventure. turnétid kommer att förses med slutliga bekräftelser från operatören.

När du anländer till Avalon, öns största stad, går du över till piren för ditt Undersea Adventure!
Gå under ytan av Stilla havet på den här 45 minuters undervattensutflykten och kom ansikte mot ansikte med Catalinas rikliga marina liv när du kryssar fem meter under ytan i en rymlig klimatstyrd stuga. Det finns också en live guide som kommer att lyfta fram intressanta platser längs vägen. Alla har sitt eget säte och porthål men du är också fri att flytta om stugan så mycket du vill för olika synpunkter. Du kommer att ha ledig tid efter din turné för att utforska vackra Catalina Island och njuta av lite lunch på strandpromenaden. Efter din dag på Catalina Island, kommer du ombord på färjan för resan tillbaka till Long Beach, där du kommer att hämtas och tas tillbaka till ditt hotell för avhämtning.

The starting out instructions were wonderful for the entire day. But unfortunately the driver they had come pick us up came way too early and we sat around for over an hour waiting for the boat. Once we made it to the island we never received our inbound tickets to go home later that afternoon so I had to go back up to the ticket booth and request a set from them. More time wasted that could have been spent roaming the island which is beautiful.
We felt the package was very confusing and a little misleading. While looking at what to expect on the tour, we thought we were getting a guided tour of Avalon along with the underwater adventure. We found out when we got there that was not included. Also, the instructions were not real clear. Ourselves and another family on the tour had no clue what to do when we got to Catalina and there was no one around from the company to help us. The shuttle to Long Beach was great and the driver was on time. The pickup shuttle from Long Beach back to hotel was a little confusing too. We got a text of instructions for the pickup after we were already on the shuttle. And the driver did not want to take back the other family with us. Catalina and Avalon is beautiful but overall the tour was disappointing and not what we expected.
The excursion was good. I love to introduce new adventures to my family so this worked well for a homeschooling mom. I do think that thety gave a false sense of being COVID-19 compliant. There was nothing keeping people 6 ft apart and there was no mention to encourage it on the ferry rides and the undersea excursion. I do feel that they are more focused on making money than the safety of the public. During the undersea excursion, one person didn't have her mask on the entire ride until we returned. One of the staff clearly saw it because she spoke to him closely at least 3 times.
