I traveled to Cartagena with my 18-month-old daughter. It was a short trip, but very special, because we wanted her first memory in this city. 💛 Mafe was the one who accompanied us during the tour and I could not be more grateful. From the first moment she transmitted a beautiful energy to us and had a lot of patience with us. She was always very empathetic to the needs of traveling with a baby, which made us enjoy the experience with total peace of mind. Thanks to her, today we have the most beautiful memory of our first trip to Cartagena. Without a doubt, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to live a close, friendly, and warm experience. Tour operator never showed up. We booked 3 hours before the tour starts but it was confirmed and we went to the spot to wait for half an hour and no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Waste of my time.

This experience could have been great however, although Christian was such a great person he seemed a bit underwhelming. He shared a tour on Sunday evenings were not the best because things were closed. Why would they have a tour if they know things are closed. We seem to just walk aimlessly without any certain restaurants in mind. Christian did seem to know a lot about the history so that was nice and helpful.
