Ända sedan dess har jag varit på jakt och utrustat mig med verktygen för att skapa en perfekt blandning av den bahamiska kulturupplevelsen och de produkter de kommer med. Att se glädjen och förundran jag ger våra turister när jag delar min Caribay Cuisine Bahamian-berättelse. Det behöver inte sägas att efter många karriärrörelser inom den kommersiella restaurangscenen inom management och företag, är jag redo att ge utmärkt service till världen genom Caribay Cuisine!

Amazing experience. They picked us up, took us to the harbour to select fresh conch and fish, then back to their kitchen for cooking lesson, great conversation and dinner together. Wonderful family, yummy food, experience we will never forget. We went December 2019, and it feels like yesterday!
The tour was awesome! We learned a lot about the Bahamian culture. Had a great conch eating experience!! We ate conch prepared in a variety of delicious ways. 😋😋😋

We had a wonderful tour with Philip. He knows the area so well. He gave us a lot of insight into the history and people. We couldn’t cook together because of the pandemic but we shopped for groceries and he shared recipes. I was able to create some incredible food afterwards. It was the highlight of our trip.
