I didn’t have any issues being transported back and forth. It was a little hard to find the driver at first but once I called the number on the reservation via WhatsApp, we were able to find each other within minutes. I highly recommend them!

Very very bad experience. First, they bait and switch the vehicle type. They show Escalades and suburbans, meanwhile a broken down van which had horrible odor showed up. On the pickup, the driver said we need to leave by 7:30 the latest, as there is much traffic, meanwhile we are sitting here at 7:50 awaiting the driver.
Eduardo was very nice, we found him easily and had a very smooth ride to our resort. Would definitely recommend.
My flight was delayed for a few hours, they arrived before I did, but waited the whole time. Very pleasant and easy to find at the airport. Smooth ride.
Nice van, great driver but our plane was late and luggage slow to arrive. Therefore it took us awhile to locate our transportation.
