Vi är en ekoturismpark som ligger på Cenote Route i Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo. Vår park erbjuder ett brett utbud av roliga aktiviteter för hela familjen, inklusive ATV åkattraktioner, ziplines, hängbroar, cenote utforskning och traditionella mayarätter. Pickup ingår och tillval. Upphämtning från Playa del Carmen är endast tillgänglig för morgonschemat. Om ditt hotell ligger utanför vårt upphämtningsområde rekommenderas en central mötesplats vid återbekräftelse. Om ditt hotell inte finns med i listan, lämna en lapp med namnet på ditt hotell så att vi kan ordna närmaste upphämtningsplats och tid. Om ditt hotell eller din semesterbostad ligger utanför upphämtningsområdet kommer du att bli ombedd att gå till närmaste mötesplats. Kontrollera listan över hotell på kassan för att bekräfta om ditt hotell finns med bland de tillgängliga upphämtningsplatserna. Hämtning sker vanligtvis fram till 100 minuter före aktivitetens starttid, beroende på trafik och avstånd från parken. Terrible logistics; the ATV tour does not have an established circuit. They take you to the entrance and back the same way you came in. The zip lines and the tequila tasting were the only things we enjoyed, and they were done in a timely manner. At the cenote, we were only given about 15 minutes to be there, and they rushed us to take us for lunch. Once we were in the food area, they had to improvise a table because the place was already full, and there was nowhere to sit. We paid for a "full lunch," and what we received were two mini tacos per person with only two options for filling: cochinita or vegetables with rice. The tacos could be finished in two bites. We were not given drinks; we had to buy instant soup and sodas, which we could not finish there because the guide was again rushing us, saying that our transportation was already waiting for us. We had to take everything with us and eat on the way back in the van. At no point were we allowed to use our cell phones, so we do not have a single photo as a keepsake because, of course, they need to profit and sell the photos they take. On the way back in the van, the driver was a bit more accommodating, letting us off closer to our destination, but as we got near the agreed point, he wanted to drop us off on the road and have us cross, risking an accident.

También entendemos su frustración por el tiempo limitado para disfrutar algunas actividades y por no haber podido tomar fotografías durante el recorrido. very good experience!! atv couldve been a little longer but they kept the wjole group in mind as opposed to just us.
