We requested Yus services to drive us between Singapore and Malaysia and after between the towns we visited in Malaysia and also in KL with the guide we had. The drivers we had were all very nice, very kindly. We were always on time for our appointments and also very professional. We were 4 persons with 4 suitcases. The cars we had were confortables and we always had air conditioning. We really appreciated it. We are completely satisfied with that company and we recommend it. You can trust them.

We highly recommend Yus as a driver. During our trip in Malaysia, he drove us several times for airport transfers, Malacca, Penang to Ipoh, Cameron Highlands, and the transfer to the jetty. He was always punctual, responsible, reliable, and professional. We felt safe and comfortable during every journey. Unfortunately, our English was not good enough to speak more about his country and culture, but communication was always easy. I discovered Yus and his private transfer/excursion organization agency by chance during my meticulous search for tailor-made itineraries for my solo trip to Malaysia and decided to write him an email heartened by the great reviews found on both Viator and Tripadvisor: it is very rare to come across 5 star reviews but after meeting him in person I understood why. I didn’t know exactly what to expect while booking from Italy, if I would go on a shared English tour with other people and instead I was treated like a True Queen.. Yus has always been available both in the booking phase and clarifications by email, and subsequently through whatsapp, punctual and impeccable he dedicated his time to a private tour going far beyond expectations by adding customization to the original booking allowing me to do exactly what I wanted. I have never and I repeat NEVER met anyone who responded with such speed both by email and by whatsapp, always in real time, without ever a hitch or delay .. not even a VIP Processing and luxury reaches these standards .. instead with Yus anything is possible! If I had not met him my trip would not have been the same .. I am so grateful that rating it with 5 stars is really simplistic as it deserves at least 100. Even his network of collaborators and drivers with whom I had the pleasure of sharing other milestones of my trip were exceptionally delightful, sunny, nice, impeccable both in their professionalism and on a human level telling me precious anecdotes during pick-ups and / or transfers reserved. I can not find the words to thank Yus because he alone played an essential role in my holiday .. without him nothing would have been the same. I recommend to rely only on Yus Travel Malaysia for anything if like me you are a DIY traveler and do not like package tours pre-packaged by travel agencies but want real contact with the local culture. Yus is not only a true reliable, charismatic, unique and rare professional.. he is also a man with a heart of gold and I am and will always be infinitely grateful to have met him on my way!
