I am very disappointed with my experience. I originally booked the tour for 10:10 a.m. However, I was contacted and asked to reschedule to 8:10 a.m. because there were not enough bookings for my original time slot. Although this was inconvenient, I adjusted my plans accordingly. Unfortunately, just 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup, I was informed that the pickup would be delayed by another hour due to alleged mechanical issues with the vehicle. However, the driver later told us that the actual reason for the delay was that he had overslept, which made the explanation provided by the company appear misleading. I was travelling from Calgary and had already driven nearly two hours to reach the pickup location, accompanied by my 4-year-old child. After making an early start to accommodate the revised schedule, waiting an additional hour was extremely difficult and frustrating. Because of this delay, I had to reschedule several other activities and bookings that I had planned for the rest of the day, causing unnecessary disruption to our trip. While delays can sometimes happen, I expect honest communication and better customer service. Providing inaccurate reasons for a delay and making customers repeatedly adjust their schedules is not acceptable. I hope the company improves its scheduling practices and communication so that future customers do not have a similar experience.
Abdul was a great shuttle driver to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. He shared the best photo spots, gave interesting facts about the lakes, and recommended other places to visit in Banff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip even better. Highly recommend!
Trip was as stated in description. I would not want less than 1.5 hours at each lake. Easy way to see both lakes. Driver/guide was friendly.
We didn’t even get to go. They cancelled on us the night before. Tried to put us on an alternate tour that didn’t fit into our schedule.
Amazing experience! The trip to Banff, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake was perfectly organized. Everything was on time, stress-free, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend The Fairy Bus to anyone visiting these beautiful places!
The trip was pushed an hour forward, but the communication about this went fine, and we had a really nice day. Our driver Julius was a pleasure.

A bit of a trek for one day from Calgary but absolutely worthwhile. Encompassing Moraine Lake, Lake Louise(with a short hike too) as well as stops in Banff and Canmore. Driver was terrific with lots of info to share.
