Den första platsen du kommer att besöka kommer att vara Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) som anses vara världens största arkeologiska museum. Den innehåller mer än 120000 verk som går tillbaka till de faraotiska, grekiska och romerska perioderna. Du kommer att guidas av en Engelska talande Guide som hjälper dig att utforska museet och få dig att se mästerverk som Tut Ankh Amun samling. Besöket på Grand Egypt Museum kommer att ta 2 timmar.
I den andra delen av Kairo-turnén kommer du att se Pyramiderna (Great Pyramid of Cheops, Pyramid of his son Chephren och Pyramid of the sonson Mycerinus) och Sfinxen. Du kan också njuta av utsikten för de tre pyramiderna som tar några fantastiska foton från platåns högsta punkt.

From start to finish the tours we did with Sharm Smile Tour were excellent. All information was received in good time and the tours were exactly as advertised. We did two tours with the company. Full day trip to Petra and a private tour to St Catherines Monastery. The Petra trip was part of a larger group. However, we had a smaller group with a guide who was excellent. The guides on the bus were very professional and we never felt left out of anything. The private trip, although a little more expensive was worth every pound. The vehicle, driver and guide were fantastic. It made our trip. İn particular our guide was both professional and very knowledgeable. He provided a thorough package of information throught the trip. My Dad and I went with Sharm Smile for this day trip on the 7th Jan 2026 and it was utterly superb. Every single element of the day was superb and seamless. The communication via WhatsApp was proactive and very clear, all the journeys were very easy and it was just the best way to spend the day. Huge shout out to Sayeed our driver was fantastic, lovely and a great, safe way to navigate the day. Our guide Ahmed was just superb. Detailed, warm, funny, enthusiastic and did a great job of helping us navigate through the busy pyramids and museums was flawless. We had an excellent day trip to Cairo with Sharm Smile. Our driver Said was punctual and very courteous. He drove us around safely and got us back to the airport in plenty of time. Our guide Ahmed did a superb job guiding us around the pyramids, the sphinx and the new Cairo museum. A great day in every way.

Our day trip to Cairo was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Everything went so smoothly — from the quick and easy airport transfers to the perfectly organized itinerary. Our guide Ahmed was the true star of the day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. He took wonderful photos for us, helped us haggle at the markets, and made the whole day fun and stress-free. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide! At the Grand Egyptian Museum, we met Jimmy and Mo, who were both so knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Their passion for Egyptian history really showed. Overall, it was a flawless experience — smooth, fascinating, and so well run. Huge thanks to Ahmed for making our trip to Cairo truly unforgettable!
Everything was organised to perfection! Information up front, the taxidriver was on time and very kind, our tourguide Radu made this experience one we will never forget. He has so much knowledge about Egypt, it was exceptional. The taxidriver in Caïro was very nice and brought us safely to our destination. Unfortunately we could not go to the GEM, because the government closed it because there were to many people already in the museum. But Radu solved it perfectly and we went to the Museum of Civilisation were we saw the mummies. We can strongly recommend this organisation. They take care of giving you memories for a lifetime!!!
We (my wife, our two sons aged 7 and 9, and myself) took the Cairo Day Tour by Plane on October 30th, and it was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip. Sharm Smile delivered a truly exceptional, five-star experience from start to finish. The Private Tour Upgrade: Essential Value The decision to pay extra for a private tour was absolutely the right one, and I highly recommend it to any family. The small premium was totally worth it, as it allowed us to tailor the itinerary to our children's pace and specific interests. The freedom to spend as much time as we needed at key sites, like the museum, was invaluable. Logistics and Travel Comfort We also opted to pay extra for EgyptAir flights, which was a smart choice. Our outbound flight was perfectly on time, and the return flight was only 40 minutes late, which is fantastic for Egyptian domestic travel. The logistics on the ground were seamless. Mohammed, who runs the Sharm office, picked us up in the morning and dropped us back at the hotel late in the evening. Both he and our tour guide, Ahmed, spoke impeccable English, they were very polite, and genuinely interested in making our experience ideal. In Cairo, we were picked up and driven in an air-conditioned minibus which was spotless and well-stocked with plenty of complimentary water. Our Phenomenal Guide: Ahmed The true star of the day was our guide, Ahmed. His English was absolutely perfect—clear, easy to understand, and engaging. We spent a very informative two hours at the original Egyptian Museum of History, and Ahmed brought ancient Egypt to life for both the adults and our two young boys. He provided a wealth of insightful information, covering everything from antiquity and the different historical periods to the secrets of the Pyramids and the Sphinx. He answered every question with enthusiasm and depth. The private nature of the tour meant we could linger, which was perfect, especially with children. We also enjoyed a short, lovely boat trip on the beautiful Nile River. The weather was perfect, which capped off a lovely day in Cairo. Summary Every member of our family was extremely satisfied. The itinerary, the freedom we had, the delicious lunch, and the professionalism of both our driver, Mohammed and our guide Ahmed made this a flawless excursion.
