Cairns : All Inclusive vattenfall och regnskogstur

Didn't find a detailed timeline of the day when I was trying to book this tour. So here it is, after I've tried it. To sum up, there's more bus riding than activities, but the spots are so beautiful that I think it's still worth it. Perfect for a day where you want to sit and rest a bit and add in some short thrills here and there. --- 7:00-7:48 bus drive around various places to pickup passengers, Viator says 7:00am but we actually had to wait and got picked up at 7:45am. 7:48-8:33 gas + gordonvale Cathedral tree and hearing from an indigenous person was very informative. 10:40-11:05 Lake Eacham swim and use toilet. 40m driving 11:45-12:15 Mila Mila falls very beautiful and unique spot for a quick swim, bring your own swimming gears, towels, water shoes, very cold water temperature in September. 12:15-12:32pm drive again 12:32-1:15pm buffet lunch at Mungalli falls upper rapid 1:15-2:15pm driving 2:15-3:10pm rock sliding Josephine waterfall, very fun. 750m hike through a buggy trail. Enough time for once or twice slide if you're quick and determined. Fairly safe given rocks are smooth and covered in moss. Very slippery. Lots tiny flies, might want to use insect spray. Bus guide very strict about timing and head counts. Which is great for keeping us safe and on-time but I wish there were more detailed itenary to help me know what to expect. No towel service, so bring your own towel, and be prepared to sit on wet seat and wet clothing. 3:40-4:40pm babinda lake swim, 750m hike to devil's pool, afternoon cookies and tea. 5:40pm tour ended at hotel drop-off.

Nice trip. Great waterfall views and fun. Lots of bus time with little actual experience time. Leader, Clint, was excellent.

Just had a fantastic day with our guide Ian. This tour packs in a lot. It started with a visit to the Cathedral tree and cultural experience in the tablelands area rainforest. It was so cool. Then we hit the road for 4 separate swimming experiences at 1 lake, 2 waterfalls and 1 creek. We stopped for lunch at Mungali falls. Lots of driving, moderate walking, tons of scenery whether driving through the mountains or walking in the various rainforest areas. We spent about 30-45 minutes at each spot.

You will get to swim in 4 beautiful and different locations, and have a healthy lunch at yet another. There's a natural slide at one waterfall that's great fun. You'll also get a really intetesting talk with an Aboriginal guide and see the Cathedral tree. Even if you don't swim, you'll see gorgeous natural wonders.

Our guide Dan 10/10 man made us very welcome. Bus very comfortable and safe . Very enjoyable day , plenty to see . Lunch average not what I would call a pub lunch but ok. Plenty of places to swim . The Aboriginal guide at the rainforest was informative and very interesting. Very pleasant day

Our tour guide John was amazing, he knew a lot about the area and answered all of our questions. There were a few things about the tour which weren't to our personal taste, e.g. we only saw very touristy spots with clearly demarked paths/things to do. We were hoping for more nature and hiking which was a bit lacking. (Though obviously the tour company can't control which animals we see). There were some good opportunities for swimming which we took advantage of but the one I was really looking forward to was closed due to high water. We swam behind a waterfall though which was very memorable! Lunch was nice, they catered well for my vegan partner and I enjoyed the meat options. Overall, it was a really nice tour but just didn't have some of the things we were hoping for.

What an amazing experience! We recently booked the Waterfalls Rainforest Tour through Viator with Clint, and he was an absolute superstar. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local plants, animals, and area history, and we especially loved the indigenous tour portion of the day. ​The drive was seamless, the waterfalls were stunning, and our tour group was super friendly. Clint even provided morning tea with delicious lamingtons and choc-chip cookies, followed by a very filling and tasty lunch. It’s a long day, but it went so fast because we enjoyed every single stop. Do yourself a favor and book this tour—you won't regret it!

Our guide Clint was amazing! So knowledgeable, fun and supportive. I think because of him the whole trip was just right.

Excellent for people who like swimming but need to be fairly quick walker if you want to see everything.
