Travel contract completely disregarded: from 35 minutes by boat from the port to the beach des aguilas with panoramic views , English speaking guide, 4 hours of excursion about one hour by boat and three by beach ... to ... boat replacement bus on a bumpy road for 30 minutes plus 10 minutes by boat, time spent at the beach two hours, Spanish speaking guide only, walking routes to reach the coach and even cider instead of the planned sparkling wine. Total 186 euros in two!!! Requested refund. Rejected.

Tuttavia desideriamo chiarire alcuni punti importanti per evitare confusione per i futuri viaggiatori. L’escursione è stata acquistata tramite la compagnia di crociere Costa Crociere e il programma venduto dalla compagnia prevede un’escursione di circa 3 ore, con navigazione panoramica lungo la costa di Cabo Rojo e una sosta per lo snorkeling. La visita alla spiaggia di Bahía de las Águilas non è inclusa nel programma ufficiale di questa escursione. Essendo un’escursione organizzata tramite la compagnia di crociere, l’imbarco e lo sbarco avvengono direttamente dal molo all’interno del porto. Non utilizziamo autobus per il trasferimento dei passeggeri tra il porto e la barca. Per quanto riguarda il servizio a bordo, il programma ufficiale indica snack leggeri (frutta e patatine), birra, margarita e bevande analcoliche. Non è mai stato previsto champagne o spumante tra le bevande incluse. I nostri membri dell’equipaggio parlano inglese e francese, che sono le lingue più utilizzate nelle escursioni internazionali, e fanno sempre del loro meglio per assistere tutti gli ospiti. Comprendiamo che, quando le aspettative non coincidono con quanto effettivamente previsto dal programma venduto dalla compagnia di crociere, possa nascere insoddisfazione. Tuttavia le richieste di rimborso per escursioni acquistate tramite la compagnia di crociere vengono gestite direttamente secondo le loro politiche. La ringraziamo comunque per il suo feedback. This was a pretty cool experience! We had a private group of 25 people and it was a good number for the boat, though you could fit a few more. The guides were friendly and funny and kept the drinks flowing! The snacks were very much appreciated after a nice snorkel. Then we partied in the water at a shallow-ish pool. I would note, we didn’t do much sailing or moving around. We also were with a lot of other party boats nearby in the shallow water. It ended up being so much fun though and I’d definitely recommend it to a friend. Everyone was friendly and happy to be there!

Very fun cruise, Nine was very cool and did a very good job. Music was fire, drinks were fire and the swimming was fun, but safe Definitely recommend for future trips.
