The drop off process was great. Personable and polite young men dropped off the cart and completed the paperwork with me. Super easy and convenient. Cart was in good shape and got us around all week. My only complaint isn’t really their fault. The cart was a little tall for me so it was hard for me to get in. It’s not their fault I am short. 😊 Price was great for the service and product provided!!!
Golf cart rental and use was easy. They picked me up from the airport, I signed a few documents then I was able to drive off. Using the golf cart was easy, and there were no issues. When it was time to leave, I brought it back to the grocery store where I picked it up and one of the staff drove me and my family back to the airport. Don't forget to refill the gas tank like I did, lol.
Jose was great the whole time we were there and coordinated pickup and dropoff seamlessly. He was easy to work with and made return expectations clear and as a bonus also worked at the market attached to the rental location. Jose was jovial and helpful and the other staff made my grandson feel very welcome.
Pick up at the airport was prompt and the golf cart worked well.

Jose and team are kind, polite, efficient, on time, responsive, and accommodating. After pick up at airport, a 2 minute ride to sign papers is in his family grocery, a great place to pick up your first supplies. Carts are in good shape.
